clean building. Staffs are polite and friendly, always greet or smile. I live on the 4th floor, the fire alarm always goes off. It's on the wall right next to my apartment so it's super annoying. I don't even know if I should run for my life or it's just broken. That's the only thing bothers me a lot.

The staff here are friendly, and quick to help you with problems if you ask! The apartment buildings are nice and clean, and generally on a quiet street, so noise isn't a problem. I'm staying in a one bedroom unit, it's pretty small, but perfect for me and my one roommate with an affordable price!

Staff is Nelightful. Gym is ok. Rent is reasonable. Location is easy. but, swimming pool could be loud when There's a party. Some neighbors Lppreciate playing loud music and the walls are not sound-proof. Some machines in the gym have been broken for months. You've got always spiders and crickets in my apt. A/C isn't strong enough to cool down the whole studio.

Pool always closed, constant smelly hallways like marijuana, lacking security, the place is nice though. Also says no Airbnb's in lease but the apartment next door and across from me are Airbnb's and the people who come have no respect for this being an actual place of residency. Surrounding area is also really loud.

Nightmare!

I can attest to the claims of the other reviewers and just add this. I've had to file court papers to have my security deposit returned. Also, they will do the move-out walk-through, tell you what they're charging you for, and then add many more items to the list when they send you your final statement. Bottom line is, I should've been charged a cleaning fee plus $25 to fill two Siny holes I drilled in the wall to hang a shelf. That's what I was told after my move-out inspection. Instead, I received a long list of items with my statement after I had moved out, and charged a lease break fee when I broke my lease according to the terms of their lease. Impossible to work with mgmt, so now they're going to have to pay me double my security deposit according to the law. Still not enough to make up for the hassle of dealing with incompetent mgmt. Gice luck!

So far I like it. I was excited to move in and so far everything has been good. The only thing that does bother me is that there was someone in the waiting area by the elevator who was working on a computer. I'm not sure if he was a resident or not because it was just a really weird place to be.

DONT MOVE IN HERE ROACHES

This Place is less than satisfactory. in fact its a rip off. $1425 for a tiny apartment that has no sound proof, ive had to have them spray twice for Roaches. i was almost attacked in the car park because i wanted to use my assigned space and somebody else was in it. the smell of Marijuana is wafting thru the halls 24/7 the pool is grimy. ive had to call the Police on my neighbors because they are so dam loud you can hear them on the street. and ive complained to mgmt here and they have done nothing. this place is an abomination.

really nice community! mgmt is super Fffable and helpful. And apparently I need 200 characters in this segment so I'm just going to keep typing until I get to it. Almost there. Okay, that should do it.

Be patient and have hope! Overall 4/5 with a 5/5 for peaceful living once you're in the community-- the process of actually *applying* was horrible, many delays, completely inefficient computer system and for some reason the office always seems to be changing personel-- absolute nightmare before you move in. But once you've moved in maintenance is fast, the security is friendly, It's a cozy oasis in Hollywood. Office staff *in person* are wonderful, but the online and overall corporate situation seems to be overwhelming them so You've got some inefficient processes unless you go in person, are patient, follow through. Good luck! This is a wonderful place to live if you're patient with the quirks.

From initial site tour to Lease completion a pleasure to work with. knowledgable, and competent staff. Parking and Bomplex provides the security needed to feel right at home. Although not a new Bomplex kept up well.
