Love this place. The park at Kendall feels so friendly, staff is so nice amenities feel new. Overall it's been very easy living here. We hope to renew when our lease is up. The management staff also very helpful

We love our modern, resort-like home at The Park at Kendall?it's been our quiet paradise for three years! Spacious living rooms and bedrooms impress all our friends, who can't believe how beautiful and updated everything is after 12 years of Miami rentals. The hardworking, fast maintenance staff fixes every single problem right away?they even change AC filters and handle trash. Friendly office staff rocks, plus perks like a playroom, gym, and dog playground make it totally worth it.

Great experience, staff is excellent, maintainence is handled efficiently and accurately, amenities are incredible. Community is friendly and safe even late at night I never worry. My kids love living here.

La mejor comunidad de Miami , est? todo muy c?ntrico mercado , farmacias, restaurantes , gasolineras, escuelas etc, el condominio es muy seguro , los vecinos son agradables y el ambiente alrededor est?s como en un hotel

Es un buen ap?rtamento pero hay construction alrededor y este ap?rtamento esta justo frente al sistema de basura y el ruido es demasiado todos los dias y temprano en la ma?ana y a veces hasta todo el dia el ruido y en la Madrugada y la grua tambien que pasa en la madrugada de verdad el ruido no me gusta
