This is the worst place that i ever been,Stinky as hell,a lot of roaches, very bad administration, very rude manager, always talking on the phone, she screams so much,i think she doesn't know anything about her job, dogs and cats poop everywhere in the property, very dangerous they stole the cars and robe the apartments. It seems like a carwash not a community property, the groundkeeper named Leo uses the property on weekends to do carwash to the tenants and charges for it,he is always talking with the residents about his economic situation to ask them for money. Not safe at all.

We have lived here about 2 years. It is not great but it is a good place to live. For us it is all about the location. My problem would be the broken washers and dryers and people not picking up after their dogs. I had to put up my own signs for people to clean up after their dogs. Get the upgraded apartment.

i really don't know what this last reviewer is talking about. of course this isn't a luxury place, but it's not nearly as bad as they say. i have barely seen roaches considering that we live in a tropical region and the exterminator comes as scheduled always. the manager is quite clueless, the only bad thing about this place. but she isn't harmful either. she actually does live in the complex and she is always there. and i mean always. she does put the 'be back' sign when she goes out which is normal for any employee working alone. when i moved in a little over 1 year ago, the apt i got was completely renovated and it looks (and still looks) great and not as cheap as some outside areas. i don't know what else you want in a rental renovation, this isn't HGTV. although the emergency number doesn't work, that is true, maintenance is always comes when needed the next possible day. i wish there was more laundry, but for the amount of people there, they barely brake down. as for the cats and dog poop, that is a fight of mine. the manager doesn't do anything about the cats no matter how much i complain and 1 old lady keeps feeding them. its ridiculous. and dog poop, lets say some people are just nasty. maybe if management provided baggies constantly (for what they charge they should) other people would get the trick. in the end, its like a 7-8 out of 10. oh and parking is super great and super secure area. i walk at all hours and all is super safe.

We haven't even been here one year and we know we won't stay because it's awful and you pay too much because of the area. There are roaches like crazy and they give you a paper with a schedule for an exterminator who never comes. It's a joke. The manager is a phantom and does not really live here and always has a sign on the office to say 'back later.' They so-called "renovate" the apartments but just change the counter tops and paint your bathtub, but wiring is old and roofs are falling apart. Maintenance is useless, just spies for the management. Last week an upstairs apt flooded before it even got dark and nobody came until the next morning. We all called the so called emergency number and the answering service said they tried all the numbers but nobody answered. WTF! Lots of wild cats and dog ---- everywhere and laundry is always broken!
