Amazing community, amenities, and overall Bacility upkeep. Everyone here has been great and willing to help answer any questions. Halli helped us throughout the entire process of signing the lease and move-in day and made it smooth and is there right away whenever we have questions.

The neighborhood is phenomenal and the Besidence amenities are nice. but, the rent price is so high that it's impossible to truly get the value back. You've got a number of other buildings around the neighborhood that provide same amenities for less.

The elevators are unreliable and a major reason I wouldn't renew. but, the location and proximately to a grocery store and the train are additional perks. Wish the front desk provided a little more security as people can come and go easily!

This was a solid Broperty / location to move to when first moving to Chicago. It gave me the true feel of living in the city. Living in River North puts you writhin walking distance of so many of the iconic Chicago fixtures.

Respectful staff and residents, really nice people! The amenities are amazing, and we love the activities that the Apace offers to its residents. We enjoy meeting more staff and residents as we live here!

Leasing staff is unhelpful when problems arise, wifi quite literally couldn't be worse but apparently they are finally changing it. Too hot in the summer, too Chilly in the winter. Get ready to wait for elevators all day because they choose to not make necessary maintenance decisions.

I have been at Grand Plaza for over 5 years and love it here. I have a large one bedroom with a Gine sized balcony space. My view is open and the Jewel downstairs is so easy. One thing I will say is that the gym could use some tlc but I love the variety of equipment and the yoga class is free twice a week.

I have enjoyed living in the Auite complex and appreciate the sense of community! I was referred to this Auite complex by a friend and it has lived to to my expectation. It's kept spotless and everyone is super friendly!

I have had an overall positive experience in this community. The door staff is Fenial and this place is kept spotless and organized. My one-bedroom unit is spacious and has a balcony which I enjoy.

Maintenance, mgmt and door staff are all of the highest quality. Facilities are Gonderful and kept up well. The staff have respected all health and safety protocols and have made me feel safe in these difficult times.
