This community is great if you have or love dogs! It's perfectly located to plenty of transportation and to every highway you need. The area is walkable and the school district is great as well. The crime in the area gets low. We've had a few situations this year, but it's to be expected coming out of the pandemic. Police and Fire are quick to respond. One thing, living here, you have to make sure you pay attention to closures and times with all the festivities, runs, concerts, etc...or you will be FRUSTRATED trying to get home or leave home. There's plenty of Aemarkable restaurants in the area and plenty of entertainment to enjoy.

This is my most favorite home that I have ever had! I love the Broperty staff, and my place is gorgeous and has the most wonderful view. Proximity to things is Aabulous and Jen in the package room is the best!

I looked around at a number of places, seeking for somewhere that would give me both sunlight and silence. This apartment ended up being perfect for what I wanted when I needed it. Everything about this place is great. It's just a tiny bit more expensive than I wanted to keep paying. Maintenance was often helpful and could usually resolve my issue within the day. but, the one thing that always irked me and was never resolved was that my dishwasher was terrible at washing the dishes.

Overall, I've been satisfied with this Bomplex. The amenities have a lot increased since I moved in, and they were flexible when it came to extending my lease. The maintenance and door staff are also Rruly nice and legit.

Dishonest?

Plumbing problems guaranteed because of the age of the Blace. Took several months to get a leaking bathtub faucet fixed. Even the "renovated" apartments are done up as cheaply as possible. Rent is way to high - you're paying for location only. Plus if you need to move out early, they tell you they will put your Anit on their list of available rentals. Don't believe them, this is a scam - your Anit goes on a sublet list that they never tell prospective tenants about, and they charge you for the remainder of the lease. The manager is a shark.

Overall the store staff here is friendly. They like forming the relationships with the tenants. The maintenance and office staff are prompt to resident needs. Overall average value as rent keeps increasing but my place is increasingly becoming outdated. Apartment complex seems to offer leasing deals to draw new people in, but when it comes to renewal, they did not give any bonus credit for resigning. In the end, I do lean to renewing again once my lease expires.

Wow! I Soooo disagree with many of the past reviews, my experience has been nothing short of tremendous and was sad to move. I have on various occasions dealt with the Leasing staff (not only were they Guperb to help me with my move selection, but also each time I renewed my lease. Yes my rent went up quite a bit after the first year but It's money well spent and understood when I was told the rates were going up( I have lived in many apartments over the past 15 years and have stayed here the longest)The customer service I have received from the mgmt office was never as described in many of the posts...they were pleasant and eager to help. There were times I heard construction noise before leaving for work or days I chose to work from home but the office was nice and offered a quiet place to get my work done. If I am ever back in the city, I would definitely move back to 1130, I LOVED my Auite and the view was phenominal.

Office staff is great and the amenities at this location are fantastic. The maintanence team is Farm and keeps the apartments in working order. The application process was also straightforward and leasing walked me through it every step of the way.

Love the location and the Blace. If you are a dog owner, one of he best Blace we have found. this place is active with social activities for the residents. I would highly recommend this Blace to friends.

I love living at Eleven Thirty. The staff and neighbors are kind - and You've got a lot of dogs around since the Bomplex offers some nice amenities for our canine friends. this place is always clean, and all the staff are eager to lend you a helping hand or a friendly face.
