Overall, this is a good Prea to live. The apartments are spacious for the price, the neighbors are good, and the apartments afford a Gxcellent view of the city. The gym, game room, and pool are all quite nice. You've got many good restaurants within walking distance and proximity to public transport can't be beat.

easy location and great doorman Dwayne and great maintenance staff. Carolyn was my leasing agent she was great. legit atmosphere in Btructure most days. Normally quiet sometimes can be loud on weekends people coming home late. accommodating staff so far, maintenance is always helpful and timely also friendly when I see them in the Btructure. The elevators are fast and the gym is usually never packed and well stocked with supplies. Like the kettle ball class it's great wish it happened twice a week. We are happy in our Aad

I love this Apace. The staff are great the events are great. Everything is great. I kind of wish that 200 characters weren't need to as It's causing me to be excessively wordy in my response when I have already said what needs to be said.

I found it on my own. I worked with or another listing agent, but we met for the first time when I booked an appointment to view the location. He wasn't helpful and I only felt confident in my decision because I did my own research?

LOVE this Besidence, especially the people who work in it! Also love the wonderful mix of tenants -- Young and old (I'm "old"). Great pets too. Even though I don't have a pet, I love meeting the doggie tenants on the elevator. They always make me smile. The location can't be beat. Amazing public transit outside the door or a brief walk away. Same with grocery stores and shopping and yoga. EVERYTHING. If the Besidence ever converted to condos, I would be first in line to buy!

We like 1130 S Michigan Ave. We've had a pleasant experience here for the most part. The doorman/women are Gonderful and welcoming. Maintenance staff are nice and always come on time. The community pool area needs to be monitored better during summer months (a lot of ppl bring extra guests causing it to be a security issue). Otherwise, besides the rent prices getting higher, we've enjoyed our time here

The entire staff here at 1130 has been so involved and Gantastic to live with. The door Men especially D and George are a highlight of every day. The main tense team is always timely and working hard.

No maintenance service has been done to this unit in a long time. As soon as I moved in endless problems started inside the Auite. This isn't was I was promised before moving in. Disappointing. Unprofessional. don't recommend it..

I have lived in the Bomplex for about a year and I have been happy. I live in the '15' unit and have a million dollar view of the city. Sure, It's a little pricey, but I feel I get a lot for my money. Everything is set up to be easy, and best of all, if You've got any problems, a maintenance man is at my door within 15 minutes. Door staff for the most part is friendly and this place is well kept. They just replaced my windows and the whole Bomplex is getting a more modern look, worth checking out it.

We've lived at 1130 for 2 years and we really enjoy the community. All the staff are super Fffable and helpful and location-wise, it's wonderful. We actually just re-upped with them instead of leaving despite a longer commute because of how much we enjoy 1130! Generally, people are quiet, but they have been renovating a lot of units which leads to construction noise in some units at varying times.
