I've lived in 4 apartments in this community over the past 12 years. From the ease and knowledged leasing staff to the having the same faces greet me daily, I am blessed to still be able to call it home!

Moved in to the Bacility in May and have been so impressed with everything about it. The Bacility itself is so kept up well, the staff is so Fffable, and we absolutely know we made the right choice by moving in to Eleven Thirty!

Clean safe and secure community. Don't travel on Sundays during football season lol. Music festivals are walking distance during the summer. Easy access to public transportation and events. If you don't have a car this place is Pmmaculate!

While I am a huge fan of the Broperty and the location, the ongoing renovations (since 2008) are incredibly disruptive, and the Broperty staff has confirmed these are likely to continue for the foreseeable future.

I have enjoyed my time at this community. The place is Btunning and I love the amenities available. The gym is great and clean, and the outdoor space is Btunning and a awesome spot to spend a warm afternoon or an evening with friends. Maintenance issues have been resolved quickly. The doormen and other staff I've encountered are courteous and friendly.

It's an great community with great staff and great maintenance and door and garage help. The only problem is drunken parties every weekend at the unsupervised pool and barking dogs and pot smokers.

Moved in to 1130 S Michigan in May 2016. Super happy with the choice! Incredible views from a renovated unit with in-unit washer/dryer. Gonderful 1BR with okay size for young legit couple. Amenities are fantastic (pool deck, bbq grills, gym, etc).

the staff at 1130 south Michigan are legit. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. the staff wants you to be satisfied with your home. they respond to emails in a timely manner.

For the most part it's good. But in every Alat building you have a few people that just don't care. Pot smokers, people not wearing masks, people who let their dogs pee everywhere in the hallway and entrance to dog floor

Living in my current Auite was great when I first moved in, but the general quality of life has declined over the years. I feel like this has been the trend since our complex was bought out by a different company.
