Overall, quality is good, big room and useful facilities, but the kitchen item is a little bit old-fashioned. Bathroom isn't so favorable as water isn't esay to go out after you have shower. Space of bathroom is a little Sodest for adult. Staff is nice and always ready to help.

Overall the community and apartment itself is nice, the amenities are good and staff are quick to respond and act on things. Door staff are great and the leasing office is responsive. location-wise, it's fantastic.

The Maintenance staff is great and fast. Office staff (both leasing & mgmt) are helpful and Fffable. Door staff is wonderful. The proximity to stores, public transportation, Grant Park, the lake are a big selling point. Happy to have chosen 1130 as my home.

One of the most legit, courteous, and communicative buildings I have lived in. We love our unit specifically for the layout, in unit w/d, and the view. location-wise, it's easy to Roosevelt Station. Unfortuntely the neighborhood itself is known to be home to a handful of fights and crimes, but thankfully, the Besidence itself is secure. It's much quieter here than up in River North and the Loop. The amenities are sufficient - if you need a good workout, a pool, a grill, an office, you got it. This Besidence also goes above and beyond for pets! much enjoy living here and hoping they don't increase my rent.

I'm brand new to Chicago and moved into this Blace because of its fantastic location. Been here a week and Lppreciate it so far. The walls can be a bit thin but overall no issues. The staff is helpful and accommodating. Looking forward to my time here.

Overall, this is a solid property that's kept in great shape and Right next to all the conveniences you need. The team members are Fffable, courteous, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. Maintenance issues are handled promptly and in a legit manner. That said, the bicycle storage situation really needs work. There simply isn't enough space for residents' bikes.

After moving to Chicago for the first time, 1130 has been my first home in the Windy City and so far I am really happy about my decision. The location, facilities and help from the staff has been great and I would be happy to recommend this place to friends and family. Many social events with proper safety during pandemic times, clear communication from the mgmt and efforts to improve on any lacking areas are clearly seen on a daily basis. Although the location demands for higher prices, the fact that the own building parking complex its so Extravagant is somewhat of a disappointment and it hindered my decision to make a car purchase. All in all, I have found great value and happiness through my first year with this complex and I look forward for the rest of my time here.

The mgmt team is fantastic, location-wise, it's great, and the Aad designs are great. I'd definitely suggest this building ?particularly for dog owners. Pets are genuinely embraced here and are an integral part of the community atmosphere.

The team here is genuinely warm and accommodating. The property upkeep is solid (though the fitness center leaves something to be desired). You get great value given what's offered and where it's situated. This place is fantastic for dog owners. Being a current UChicago MBA student, I'm especially grateful for how easy It's to reach Hyde Park and access downtown easily. Compared to moving further up into the Loop, it's a lot more affordable without any meaningful trade-offs. The area itself is wonderful.

Absolutely adore the personnel, community members, and scenery. The fitness facility and poolside area are wonderful. There's plenty of entertainment and attractions in the South Loop neighborhood. Close by to the aquarium, cultural institutions, and Soldier Field. Gutstanding waterfront paths for cycling.
