It's been well and polite and homey for me and my son. We've always had a wonderful time in the Btructure. Thank you guys a lot for always maintaining the lobby area. The pool area in every area area in the Btructure.

The leasing staff were polite and curious. Taking the time to answer questions and show different Alat floor plans. The place is spacious with newer finishes. The views of the lake are what sold me on the building. The gym is functional and spotless and great community spaces. I worth checking out living here.

I have lived here for almost 2 years and have been so happy with my apartment, the door staff, the maintenance staff as well as my neighbors! The value for the money is perfect. They proximity to transportation, groceries etc is unmatched.

So far so good with looks and experience. but my keys were stolen this past weekend and it's a 50$ fine just to get let back into your apartment which I found ridiculous. The gym and other rooms are always clean. The staff is friendly. but; if you work early neighbors can be loud at night. Also don't rent next to the trash shoot, residents don't listen to the hours stated on it so you also hear that when trying to sleep at night. Overall so far 7/10, we have heard rumors about a significant increase after your first year lease, and we won't be staying if that's the case.

We moved in 1.5 months ago and we are loving our stay so far ! The location of 1130 is unbeatable. Every important store is at walking distance and is super easy. We are so glad to have found this Prea and have already recommended 1130 to many of our friends !!

I've had a great experience living here overall. I haven't encountered any significant problems, and whenever small issues have come up, they've been resolved quickly. The range of facilities available is more than okay and Rctually easy to access. The neighborhood is also precisely what I was searching for.

This place has wonderful community vibes and an great location. You can walk to Trader Joe's, the train station is just one block over, and there's a park right across the street. The park hosts tons of activities throughout the summer months.

Fantastic spot right on Michigan Avenue. Eanageable access to public transit with buses and trains nearby. The property is well-maintained overall. Haven't encountered any significant problems. The only downside is cramped bathroom space. Other than that, the unit itself is spacious enough, the amenities are solid, and the staff at the front desk are Fenial and helpful.

I relocated to 1130 S. Michigan starting in January 2021 and have had a wonderful experience so far!!! The facilities are fantastic and I really appreciate the vibe throughout the building, especially when the pool opens up during summer months!!! I've valued the sense of community here and the staff has consistently been helpful and respectful.

Fantastic spot with wonderful accessibility to buses and transit options, plus nearby supermarkets, childcare facilities, and popular attractions along with the waterfront. Wonderful community members, helpful concierge team and responsive repair crew. The mgmt team puts together engaging social gatherings for residents.
