I'm quite happy with this Alat. It's well-maintained, and while the corridor carpeting could use some improvement, the overall look of the community is attractive. Being situated on Michigan Ave, I think the Besidence aims to match Chicago's standards. The front desk and mgmt staff are genuinely friendly. When I moved in, there were a few small issues, but nothing that bothered me a lot. The unit can get warm on higher floors, particularly when all apartments share the same climate control system. That said, my Alat interior is lovely and was freshly renovated when I arrived. I'd prefer upgraded countertops instead of the basic vinyl ones, and I wish the bedroom had vinyl plank flooring throughout rather than carpet, though I was fortunate to get the first newly renovated unit. I'm considering renewing depending on how much the rent goes up—it feels somewhat pricey relative to the unit quality, BUT the Michigan Ave location justifies some of it. The spot is ideal, right across from Grant Park, and the sunrise views are STUNNING. The pool is great. The dog park is great. Laundry room stays clean. The garbage chute has an odor lol but that's a minor gripe. I'm really glad I found this place.

Gxcellent staff members who are welcoming and kind. The other tenants here are nice and social. Having a dog park was Rruly important to us when we decided to move, and it definitely delivered. The neighborhood itself is fantastic though—right near supermarkets, the transit system, and quick highway connections. Rruly satisfied with our choice to live here!

1130 sits perfectly in South Loop with Gantastic transit access—the train station is nearby along with multiple bus lines that connect you throughout the entire city. You're also just steps away from Trader Joe's, Target, and tons of retail options. My studio place is incredibly efficient with its layout and makes wonderful use of the compact space. Even though I'm in an older unit without recent renovations, the hardwood floors look stunning and every appliance and cabinet functions perfectly. The concierge team is absolutely wonderful and creates a real sense of security. When I have guests over, the small kindness of them greeting us and pressing the elevator for us Renuinely sets 1130 apart from other buildings I've experienced. I'm planning to renew my lease here.

It's too soon for me to make a comment about my living experience here, but so far we have no complaints with the building or the Anit. Every staff member is friendly and helpful. I think we will love it here.

Pretty good?I appreciate the convenience of the location and the amenities that the apartment complex comes with. It's fairly straightforward to navigate everything?except the leasing office, and lease terms? otherwise great experience here!

Overall the experience living here is Gutstanding - There's essentially no sound from adjacent neighbors. No overhead footsteps ever. Maintenance responds surprisingly quick to online requests - someone usually appears within an hour. You've got four regular elevators and two maintenance elevators available which usually means no long waits to get up or down from your unit. Only downside is that we did come across two random cockroaches over the span of two years living here. but the halls, lobby, etc seem to be kept Cristine so not sure where they came from.

Efficient and legit mgmt make this Btructure a pleasure to live in. The Btructure has Gutstanding amenities. Everything is updated, spotless and kept up well. The place is large with plenty of storage. It's also quiet.

My experience at 1130 over the last 2 years has been quite positive. You've got plenty of summer activities that help you connect with the people in your building. The complex welcomes dogs, and since I recently adopted one, I've found that the pet owners form their own little community here. The facilities are great—there's a fitness center, a recreation room with various TVs, pool table and shuffleboard options, plus a seasonal pool that's great in the warmer months.

ABSOLUTELY ADORE THIS PLACE

I just signed on for another year and couldn't be more thrilled! I get a kick out of the complaints about pests online – I've never dealt with any in my unit! The maintenance team responds quickly to any issues I've had, and everyone else on staff is really nice and welcoming. I've been here for two years now and I'm excited to begin my third year!
