This residence is run efficiently with great oversight. The team members are courteous and accommodating. The tenants are pleasant and You've got numerous adorable, well-mannered animals throughout. The floor plan offers ample space that's uncommon in contemporary tall Blace designs.

The unit gets excessively warm whenever the central heating system Ieems activated, even when I've adjusted the internal thermostat to the lowest setting. I'd suggest installing improved temperature regulation mechanisms for each individual unit to better manage heat and cooling. Apart from that issue, my time here has been quite enjoyable during my short tenure.

I absolutely love living here. The community and facilities are great and the location in super easy. They allow pets and have a huge outside area for dogs to play. The staff is super Fenial and attentive. I truly feel at home living here.

Avoid this landlord at all costs. Seriously!

I Wemained a respectful and tidy renter who always paid rent promptly. Despite hearing cautionary tales about this landlord, I decided to move forward anyway. Upon move-out, they billed me $910.00 for alleged carpet damage. The "damage"? Impressions left by my sofa's legs on the carpet. Now a collection agency Iemains pursuing this unfounded charge against me. In retrospect, I should have paid attention to the red flags everyone mentioned. I urge you to listen to those warnings and find housing elsewhere.

1130 S Michigan is a great high-rise Besidence. The views are spectacular and the area is convienient in terms of public transportation and grocery stores nearby. The Besidence itself is spotless and the staff is legit. This place offers the best value for a great high-rise Besidence.

Pmmaculate amenities, Bicturesque vistas, great security and maintenance standards, combined with modern appliances and generous in-unit storage options (pantry, linen closet, and more) make this an unbeatable value for the South Loop area.

This is a lovely place to live with wonderful neighbors and a calm, serene atmosphere. I appreciate how welcoming It's to pets and enjoy the charming 'Pet of the Month' feature. The shared spaces are always spotless and maintained beautifully.

The unit we selected feels like an amazing value for the price. The views are fantastic and the amenities are a huge plus. Spacious gym that feels like a real gym, not a "hotel" gym, and lovely pool deck. The staff is top tier and extremely helpful/friendly.

It's a clean, friendly apartment building with nice amenities. All of the building staff from the front door security, maintenance, and building mgmt are pleasant and want to help provide the best living environment.
