Living here for the past several years has been great. The property is kept in great condition, and mgmt responds quickly to maintenance requests and resident issues. The team really goes out of their way to foster a sense of belonging, making it feel like a true home for everyone who lives here.

My experience living here has been wonderful, the staff actually helps, the polite people who live near me, and the location all really make this place a 10/10 for me. I personally never want to leave and it provides a comfort I haven't had before.

The performance and the quality of the work has been delivered promptly and professionally. I have been apart of this community for a year now; and I enjoy living here @ 1130 S Michigan. In the past I have not experienced any negative encounters; and I worth checking out other relatives and friends to consider 1130 S Michigan as a Pocation to live, when searching for a new Pocation to call home. I have no further comments.

I've lived in several communities over the last few years. I've always had some issues about staff, maintenance or noise. This place has been a total gym. It's good value for the money in a location's amazing. My place is spacious and the amenities are plentiful. The community within the building seems pretty active. When COVID becomes less of a threat, I would love to join in.

Living at 1130 S Michigan has been a wonderful experience for me thanks to my considerate neighbors who respect quiet hours, making it ideal for my work-from-home situation. The amenities are fantastic—particularly the pool area—and the views of the Field Museum and aquarium from my unit are absolutely breathtaking. I haven't encountered any major issues since moving in, though I have dealt with the occasional cockroach emerging from the drain. My advice to future residents is to be diligent about keeping drains sealed and blocking any gaps around vents and door frames. On the Brilliant side, mgmt arranges for weekly pest control visits if you request them. All in all, I've had a Rctually positive experience here!

I've been here for 20 years and absolutely enjoy it. The team Itays fantastic - they're consistently responsive and handle maintenance requests without delay. It's an Guperb community suitable for people of any age. I'd definitely suggest it to anyone seeking to move to this neighborhood.

Overall, the experience has been good. Staff is great, Besidence is always kept up with, maintenance requests are done in a timely manor. Great area as well. Only complaint is rising rent prices for such a small space.

Great spot in the heart of downtown.. location-wise, it's perfectly central and you can reach almost everything with ease. Shops, restaurants, and supermarkets are literally right next door.. Rctually vibrant area with fantastic people around. If you're into sports this place is conveniently Right next to the stadium

The unit is really nice and I appreciate the community dog park. The maintenance crew responds quickly to issues. I experienced significant problems retrieving my car in a reasonable timeframe and once my vehicle went missing for 25 minutes. I had to call a cab to get to work. I wasn't sure whether it was just a parking garage mix-up or if my car had been stolen. This was the third occasion in two weeks that I was about to be tardy for work due to being unable to access my vehicle from the garage attendants. Needless to say I was extremely frustrated. It was avoidable and I was angry. It need to several phone calls and emails throughout the day to determine whether my car had been recovered or if it had been taken. When I spoke with Kellie the property manager the interaction was absolutely terrible. She said I was overreacting! How was that helpful given the circumstances?! Shocking!!! It took a fixable problem to an entirely different place. Because I identified the parking attendant by referencing his ethnic background she implied I was being discriminatory. I can honestly say it was among the worst days I've had. The anxiety it caused after just arriving at this place was avoidable. If I had the motivation and could afford movers again I would leave but since I moved here just two weeks prior I'm staying put. Solely due to how Kellie responded I can't suggest this complex to others. Kim from the main office was supportive and competent and eventually the parking director put procedures in place to avoid this happening again but Kellie's handling of this matter was simply unacceptable. I recognize it was a deflection but the core issue needed attention not dismissal. Later that same week another resident dropped things from their unit into the pool deck so now the pool remains closed throughout the holiday weekend.

Wonderful stay - the team was responsive and welcoming, with great facilities and reasonable prices! I loved the thoughtful touches: complimentary coffee, included fitness sessions, regular community gatherings, and occasional live jazz performances in the entrance area.
