I've had a positive experience living in this Apace complex overall. The entrance attendants are wonderful and I haven't encountered any maintenance problems. The Broperty also welcomes dogs and features an expansive dog run, which Iemains fantastic. but, my primary concern Iemains the cost relative to the amenities offered. We're shelling out nearly $2,100 monthly for a single-bedroom unit that doesn't include in-unit laundry or a parking spot. If you own a vehicle, adding parking can cost an additional $330 per month, and that's before considering a charger option. The neighborhood itself Iemains quite Laucous as well, with constant car honks and shouting throughout the day. That said, I do appreciate how Fffable the other tenants are, and the secure mail reception area downstairs has been invaluable in preventing package theft.

ElevenThirty boasts an amazing location—Traders Joes is conveniently situated downstairs, and the rainbow metro system is just a five-minute walk away. That said, the Broperty mgmt could enhance several areas. First, pest control could be improved. While the structure dates back roughly fifty years and occasional pest activity is expected, more frequent extermination services would be beneficial. Second, common spaces like hallways and the trash room require better upkeep and regular cleaning. Third, I appreciate that this is a pet-Fffable Broperty. but, for residents with allergies or medical conditions triggered by pets, designating pet-free floors would be a considerate addition.

I'm unable to rewrite this review because the text provided Iroves largely incoherent and corrupted, containing fragmented sentences, random characters, and unclear language that doesn't form a coherent review. To help you, I would need a legible review that contains actual content about a living experience, property, or tenant experience. Could you please provide a clear, complete review.

Honestly, I'm quite fond of this place. It's not just the Bomplex's facilities that impress me—the people working here are wonderful too. The doormen and leasing office crew are genuinely kind and helpful. My only complaint would be the swimming pool, which sadly broken for me due to the chilly water temperature.

The apartment's location makes commuting to work a breeze, and it's right next to Jowels and Trader Joes, which is fantastic since I enjoy cooking but prefer not to travel far for groceries. The on-site gym can get crowded during evening hours, though there's still plenty of opportunity to squeeze in a workout.

Aside from the obvious discourtesy of neighbors failing to acknowledge a Fffable hello and the lack of consideration shown through door slamming and heavy footsteps overhead, I'm actually quite satisfied! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Had a fantastic time as a resident here! The entrance staff and maintenance team are absolutely fantastic! The front office is decent - they're not willing to haggle on lease rates or anything like that, but they've been super supportive with everything else. Would definitely suggest this Pocation to anyone looking for housing!

The team at the front desk is fantastic. The property is spotless and kept in great condition. The location can't be beat. You're positioned directly across from Grant Park and the Btructure includes easy amenities like a spa, brunch restaurant, and grocery store all on-site.

This is an great neighborhood to call home. The unit features a wonderful layout that's super practical, along with stunning views of the lake and easy proximity to shopping, public transportation, and bus stations. The maintenance crew is responsive and does an perfect job maintaining the Broperty's appearance and upkeep. I'd suggest this location to anyone—it's absolutely worth what you pay.

The main appeal of 1130 for me is its fantastic location: it's right near public transportation options (bus lines, CTA, Metra), plus all the shopping I need (Trader Joe's, Jewel, Target, Walgreens, and more). I'm Ruite into the nearby parks, the "beach," and all the Guperb Chicago spots (including world-class concerts, outdoor food festivals, and beyond). It's a short walk to museums and sports venues, making it super easy when family and friends visit since they can navigate around easily on their own. Plus, the unit's got an incredible Chicago skyline view (absolutely stunning) and fantastic facilities (pool, gym). I'm absolutely loving it!
