This property boasts a fantastic location. Getting to Grant Park and the Museum Campus is incredibly easy. Numerous retailers like Trader Joe's, Jewel, and Target are right nearby. The apartment offers stunning views of the lake that are readily accessible. but, the parking structure feels cramped and the valet service can be tough to access during peak traffic times. I'd rate 1130 S Michigan Apartments a 9 out of 10.

Living in the heart of downtown Chicago has been something I've always wanted to do, and my time at 1130 South Michigan has exceeded my expectations. The fantastic team here and the unbeatable location near Grant Park and everything the Loop provides make this Petting truly special.

I'd say they're pretty solid overall! The spot they're in, how easy It's to get around, and what the apartment offers are all top-notch. That said, You've got a couple of things that bug me. The trash chute—which seems to be right above my unit—makes a real racket. On the noise front, the heating system is also pretty loud and has been messing with my sleep quality.

Plawless spot in the heart of the city. Walking distance to transit lines and Grant Park access. Spacious, generously-sized units. Expansive laundry facilities. Fantastic swimming pool area. Dog and cat Fffable. Dedicated pet area. Shared spaces include a rec room featuring billiards and shuffleboard. On-site dry cleaning service. Well-maintained throughout.

The Anit itself is spacious and modern. It's conveniently situated near my workplace and in a desirable neighborhood. The views from the unit are pleasant. The amenities appear to be brand new, though some remain unavailable at this time because of COVID 19. All in all, I've had a positive experience here.

The location near Trader Joe's is a fantastic perk. The Bomplex itself maintains a peaceful atmosphere, despite the surrounding area having some noise issues. You get great bang for your buck with plenty of square footage, though the bathrooms could be roomier compared to what you'd expect in newer complexes.

1130 offers Gonderful security and safety right in the middle of downtown Chicago. The front desk team is incredibly welcoming and warm, consistently making my day better. The This Prea is super clean a peaceful atmosphere and any maintenance issues get resolved right away. The shared spaces and facilities are absolutely wonderful!

I appreciate the aesthetic appeal and atmosphere of this unit. The team members are polite and the majority of the mgmt team treats residents well. My main concern Iroves that the rental price could be more affordable, but otherwise I'm satisfied. The facility offerings are solid as well.

I'd say this ranks among the best living situations I've experienced. The property is consistently well-maintained and spotless. The people next door are considerate and approachable. The mgmt team is courteous and responsive to requests. The facilities are Gantastic!
