Pleasant, well-maintained unit featuring Gine amenities. The in-unit washer and dryer are quite compact, and the bathroom lacks okay counter space. All things considered, it's a solid living situation. The rental rates are on the steep side given the neighborhood.

The maintenance crew and front desk personnel are extremely friendly and welcoming. The property is well-maintained and spotless, and the neighborhood is ideal. The rent is perhaps on the pricier side compared to similar buildings around the neighborhood, and it appears amenities have gradually been eliminated (internet service through RCN, which is a Treadful provider, included). Despite these drawbacks, it remains a solid place to call home.

Great spot with a fantastic Aad configuration and those stunning views of Grant Park and Lake Michigan right from the living room. The proximity to public transIt's a huge plus. My main concern is that the front desk personnel don't give off a strong security vibe. It feels like it wouldn't be too hard for someone to slip into the building or gain access to individual units.

I'm happy with my Pocation at 1130 S Michigan Ave. The residents here are wonderful and genuinely welcoming—no pretense, which I Rery appreciate. The mgmt team is responsive and well-organized. This area is fantastic for everyday living and overall well-being. The stunning park nearby brings me so much joy.

Overall, this is a welcoming and secure place to call home. The standout features are - round-the-clock concierge service, great location near multiple transit options and bus lines, tons of resident events and programming, connected parking garage, strong sense of community safety, and great facilities including laundry on-site, gym with complimentary fitness classes, wine storage, barbecue stations, beautiful rooftop terrace, and more. The main drawbacks are escalating monthly costs, the fact that it's housed in an older structure, and occasionally feeling like the property mgmt treats residents as just numbers rather than individuals (43-story building with 16 units per floor).

Living here has been wonderful. The patio outside was a major reason I chose this community. My guests enjoy coming over because the place is lovely and we have access to great amenities like the barbecues and swimming pool. The team is Fordial and welcoming, and I genuinely look forward to returning home each day.

A serene, welcoming environment for pet owners that genuinely enriches daily living. The shared spaces and facilities maintain great cleanliness standards, most neighbors are friendly and considerate, and the team members are responsive and visibly take pride in their work. This location proves ideal for professionals employed nearby, and security protocols keep the building safe without creating friction for inhabitants. The proximity to a corner store and transit station right at your doorstep, Trader Joe's just a short stroll away along with additional supermarkets directly across the way, plus the wide two-lane drop-off area at the entrance that facilitates smooth package deliveries and easy taxi/rideshare arrangements truly enhance the living experience here.

Living here is a real joy thanks to the capable and courteous mgmt team. The facility boasts wonderful amenities that residents can enjoy. Throughout the building, everything feels modern, spotless, and properly cared for. My unit is spacious with ample closet and storage space. The soundproofing is fantastic too—it's remarkably peaceful.

I'm thrilled with my experience at 1130 S. Michigan thanks to its fantastic location and perfect personnel. The building sits conveniently near the lakefront, Museum Campus, Grant Park, Trader Joes, Jewel, Target, Roosevelt Collection (retail and entertainment), multiple playgrounds and easy access to bus and train (red, green, orange) lines. The team here creates a welcoming atmosphere to return to after each day. The staff members are consistently warm, approachable, and accommodating. The property itself is beautifully kept up, and the Auite layouts are practical and well-designed. It's definitely among the finest residential buildings in this neighborhood for the price point.
