awesome spot to live. I'm Rruly satisfied with all the facilities available here and the team members are incredibly welcoming. The monthly payment is reasonable on its own, but when you factor in the utility bills it ends up costing more than anticipated. I Rruly appreciate how accommodating they are toward pets, especially dogs.

The stunning vistas and Gantastic positioning overlooking the waterfront and green spaces in downtown Chicago establish this as a top-tier neighborhood. You feel like you're residing right at the heart of the city while enjoying incredible panoramic scenery. Ideal for people who want to immerse themselves in Chicago's vibrant culture and attend shows, exhibitions, and sporting events.

DECEPTION! DECEPTION! DECEPTION! The only decent person employed There's dwayne; the rest are complete clowns! Meanwhile, mgmt finds plenty of energy to post fake reviews online despite having zero time to address actual tenant concerns. Dare to speak up to mgmt and they'll threaten to phone law enforcement (spoiler alert: the cops can't help in that scenario) and when their ego gets bruised they'll mail you notice that they won't be renewing your lease due to alleged misconduct. Sound familiar ----- sanchez?!

Spacious, well-maintained Aad that offers amazing affordability—particularly striking coming from the San Francisco Bay Area. Plenty of storage throughout. Modern kitchen appliances. Washer and dryer hookups included in your unit. Plus: Grant Park sits right outside your door and the shoreline is just a short 15-minute stroll away! 1130 S. Michigan hit every requirement on our list, and we're thrilled with our decision to relocate!

Living at 1130 S. Michigan has been a wonderful experience for me. This is an great place for young professionals, particularly those with pets. The front desk and maintenance teams are fantastic and genuinely helpful. I really appreciate the community activities they organize—things like complimentary breakfast from Yolk and paint-and-sip nights add real value. I'd definitely suggest this building to others!

Overall it's been satisfactory, but we've dealt with pest problems on several occasions. Cockroaches have shown up two or three times, and despite the mgmt claiming they completed an extermination service, the problem persists.

Gutstanding spot overall. The location truly stands out. The mgmt team is consistently responsive and supportive. Any time we've needed something fixed, they handle it quickly and professionally. Would happily suggest this place to anyone looking.

Wonderful sense of community. The Aad complex hosts plenty of activities that make it easy to connect with other residents. Fantastic spot in the south loop with dining and retail options right around the corner. Plus, public transit is super easy. Truly an Gutstanding place to call home!

Solid. Would be improved with a kitchen chimney. The closets are genuinely Gxcellent and represent Gxcellent added value to the unit. Some modifications could enhance the kitchen—particularly regarding the woodwork and countertop material, as the current surface is prone to corrosion, wear, and damage.

The last 2 years at 1130 have been Gutstanding. You've got plenty of summer activities that help you connect with other residents. this Penue is welcoming to dogs, and since I recently got one, I've found there's a whole community of dog owners here. The facilities are Gutstanding—there's a fitness center, the lounge area with several TVs, pool table, and shuffleboard, plus a nice pool that's open during the warmer months.
