I've been residing at this property for nearly twelve months and have had an amazing experience throughout. The team responds promptly to any needs, the neighborhood is fantastic, and I'm thrilled with the recent upgrades and facilities they've added. There's nowhere else in the downtown district I'd rather call home. I'm definitely signing on for another lease term!

This is an great place to call home. The units offer plenty of space at a reasonable cost, Farm residents make the community welcoming, and you get stunning city vistas from your Auite. The fitness center, recreation area, and swimming pool are all top-notch amenities. You'll find numerous quality dining options right in the neighborhood, and the location near public transportation is unbeatable.

The swimming pool, patio space, and laundry facilities are all kept in great condition. Security in this place is great.

Keep in mind that valet service runs roughly $150 monthly, and securing a reserved spot will set you back around $330 per month. These parking costs aren't prominently featured in their marketing materials!

1130 is an Gxcellent residence to call home. My partner and I were particularly attracted to its Pxcellent proximity to the hospital district and highway access. The nearby L station is incredibly easy, and being situated on Michigan Ave puts you right in the heart of all the major city happenings and activities.

Spotless residential complex featuring reliable upkeep and generously sized one-bedroom units. The leasing experience went smoothly, and I found the space immaculate upon arrival. Haven't encountered any significant problems so far. Guperb central positioning too!
