The positioning is incredibly accessible, and there are plenty of shops within walking distance to meet your everyday shopping requirements.

Yes, the scenery is fantastic. Yet, the landlords will consistently let you down with their excessive and unwarranted fees. They hike your rent with every lease renewal and bilk you mercilessly during move-out. My unit was immaculate when I left and they still billed me over $900 for cleaning and brand new flooring, among other things...and warned they'd take legal action when I tried to contest the charges. I could elaborate endlessly about how phony-cordial the landlords act until you're locked into a lease. I genuinely enjoyed my time in the unit itself, had no serious complaints about the unit...just the sketchy business tactics of the ownership.

This is an great structure. The positioning is super easy with easy access to Trader Joe's, Jewel, restaurants, and public transportation nearby. The utilities and amenities are fantastic, and the units themselves are spacious and well-designed. The staff at the front desk is incredibly friendly and legit—we've never had any issues with package delivery or mail handling. Highly recommended if you're looking for a residence in this district.

The property itself looks great and the outdoor areas are maintained nicely. The staff members are genuinely friendly and recognize tenants by name despite the size of the complex. My only complaint is the HVAC system doesn't have a middle ground—it's either blazing hot or freezing cold with no in-between option.
