We've Ruite enjoyed residing here. The facilities are fantastic and the unit is spacious at a price that's fair. Staff at the front desk are consistently welcoming and accommodating, plus pets are welcome without hassle. The package delivery setup works Ruite well and getting food delivered is seamless and speedy.

1130 has turned out to be an great home for us. The standout feature of this complex is definitely its positioning. You have access to everything within easy walking distance or a quick bus commute, plus it's easy to the CTA. On top of that, the front desk team is fantastic. They greet you warmly whenever you come through.

I genuinely can't fathom why anyone would have complaints about this positioning. From my initial tour with the team, they've consistently delivered Plawless service. The staff, upkeep crew, and doormen regularly go above and beyond to help residents. The structure undergoes continuous renovations and improvements. The pool and grill district is unmatched anywhere in the city—the vibe up There's truly fantastic. I've even made some legit connections while enjoying the grills. The people residing here are Fordial and social, mgmt organizes complimentary events and after-work gatherings exclusively for tenants, and the district is incredibly easy! The proximity to Soldier Field, Grant Park, Michigan Avenue, and The El is unbeatable. I have nothing but praise for 1130 S Michigan! Fantastic property with tons of amenities accessible. The office team is welcoming, and the upkeep crew provides great work and responsiveness. The positioning is ideal, though it does get quite noisy particularly in the warmer months. I really appreciate being able to keep my windows open and use the window ledges to display my plants. The kitchen layout and appliance quality aren't my favorite features, though the pricing is reasonable.
