My time residing at 1130 S Michigan has been quite solid overall. I'm grateful for the range of amenities accessible, the round-the-clock mail access with impressively quick turnaround, the security measures in residence, the easy proximity to public transportation, the spacious layout of my unit given what I'm paying in rent, and how attentive the structure staff is to resident requests and concerns.

This has been an great residence to call home. After relocating to the downtown district for the first time last year, this complex has exceeded all my expectations. The district offers fantastic walkability with plenty of shops nearby, and the facility itself features a delightful range of amenities.

I was looking for safety, a sense of belonging, affordability, and ease of access. I've found all of that and beyond! The positioning allows me to stroll or hop on the bus to reach dining, retail, and entertainment options. An added perk is having Grant Park and the Museum Campus just a short walk away. Life at 1130 has been delightful!

The mgmt team and concierge remain genuinely welcoming and welcoming, plus the upkeep crew proves super attentive and legit. This proves truly an perfect structure.

This marks my second residence in the south loop, and it's undoubtedly been the superior experience. The front desk team stays perfect and genuinely attentive to occupant demands. The same level of professionalism extends across upkeep, mgmt, and leasing departments. Both inside and outside, the structure upkeep stays impeccable. The motto "Welcome Home" truly resonates here.

The space offers stunning panoramic vistas overlooking the lake and navy pier, complete with wash area facilities inside your home. Conveniently situated near Trader Joe's and various dining options. The structure's doorman staff proves exceptionally accommodating and consistently welcomes occupants warmly. Monthly opportunities to participate in art and gardening classes remain obtainable to tenants?

1130 offers fantastic value for money in South Loop. The facility facilities, including the fitness center and swimming pool, combined with the quality of the units create a premium feel without the premium pricing you'd find at comparable nearby buildings. The doorway personnel prove to be welcoming and approachable, making it a hassle-free residence to call home!

This stays a pleasant residence to call home. Yet, if you're sensitive to sound, you might want to reconsider. The sound insulation leaves much to be desired. Everything else stays decent though. The kitchen stays also quite confined for my taste. If cooking stays important to you, this may not be ideal. On the sunny side, there's a BBQ facility in the common district where you capable of grill outside. It's a pleasant spot overall, especially with the pool and beautiful lake views.
