location's amazing. Traders Joe and Jewel nearby. Good restaurants nearby. Near CTA transportation. Across Grant park, walking distance to museum campus. staff's super friendly and residents. The only problem is the AC/heating. It's also an old Broperty.

solid building. location's amazing. I love the door person staff. They all know my name and are great when I am expecting friends. The other wonderful thing is building maintenance. They are fast and good.

Great value for rent, especially in terms of square footage, and fantastic location - right next to Grant Park and a 20 minute walk from the Loop. Doorstaff and maintenance are friendly and legit. Blace is definitely showing its age - it's a two-pipe AC system (ie, if this place is in heat mode, your vents will only shoot out hot air, and likewise if it's in cooling mode), the appliances aren't anything to write home about, and you should expect to contact maintenance regularly. Solid perks like an outdoor pool, resident-only dry cleaning, a fitness center (definitely not an enthusiast's gym but gets the job done), and a package room (which is almost always overflowing but that's just what you get with Covid). Definitely worth it if you can get one of the floorplans with a view of the lake, the park, and the skyline.

The apartments are spacious and have a modern feel with intelligent layout and thoughtful storage. The views across the lake are incredible. Staff are friendly and supportive. You feel like to receive the customer care every day you live here. Although I haven't used the leisure facilities yet they look amazing.

The building has great staff, legit, helpful, and friendly. They keep this place nice and maintenance orders are answered quickly. Notices and information are sent out notifying you of What's going on in the building and the community. You don't need a car for getting around. Transportation all over the city is accessible, within walking distance. Busses, Metro, L will get you everywhere in the city. Grocery shopping within walking distance: Target, Jewel Osco, Trader Joe, Whole Foods. Museum Campus , Millennium Park ,Soldier Field and hotels galore for out of town guests. Also, the size of the apartments is larger than most around the neighborhood. All around awesome spot to live

I really like my building. They recently re-modeled the lobby and the computer lab which both turned out great. The off leash dog deck is awesome. You've got plenty of free events for residents and the lounge on the second floor is great. I really like that it and the workout room are open 24/7 as I tend to keep late hours. The complimentary Coke products are nice too. I try not to drink pop but when I am having a craving It's nice to not have to schlep to the store. The doormen are nice and accommodating and mgmt always responds promptly to requests and questions. Maintenance workers are nice and do good work promptly. My only complaint is that they tend to enter without knocking or if they do knock they don't wait long. I've found that putting my chain on the door when I'm home gives me time to collect myself before letting them in if i'm home. I don't really see my neighbors often but they don't make it's loud or cause any problems besides the little yappy dog next door which is no big deal. I can only really hear the noise from the street if my windows are open. I love that I can walk to basically everything. The train, 2 grocery stores, my dog's vet, my nail shop, a couple of bars, the park, the museum campus, and if the spirit moves me it's not a horrible walk to target Icon theatre and the little shopping area near canal. It was also major that they don't have a weight limit for dogs because my mutt is 75 lbs.

I love living at 1130! I am beyond happy with the front desk staff and maintenance staff. All my requests are handled promptly, and the front desk staff makes the Alat building feel like a home. The amenities are great (especially the pool and dog wash). I love the dog owner community at 1130, and the dog run is the biggest and best of all the south loop buildings.

Very adaptable, smooth living, really great team. Such a convenient place to live and also great location to be around things. Team is responsive! It is a bit on the pricey side, but still doable to have a great time and still worth it.

the building location is great and it has all the amenities I need. the staff is great and always respond quickly. the ac can be a problem since you can only have heat or cold at a given time, other than that i'm happy with the building

Martha from the leasing office was a fantastic help, she took me to 3 different apartments and told me how my Apace would look. At first I was a little nervous about since I didn't see my Apace, but she was being honest about my view and size and design, which I appreciated and is rare.
