The Apace building is clean, well equipped and kept up well. Dry cleaning service and exercise room are inside. The staff are friendly and efficient. location-wise, it's good. CTA buses and trains and Metra are accessible. The neighborhood is new and safe. I like this Apace.

It has been nice living here. The view is everything. The staff are lovely. It's location is great - Trader Joe's and red line. And having a dry cleaners is important. Never had any issues.

Great dog run, location is solid, and staff's super friendly. Temperature control in the place isn't modern and you won't be able to have your Aad the temperature you want it to be. It blows either hot or cold and There's no in between. frustrating. Besides that, this is a good building with a location's amazing.

For me, the people, including neighbors, office staff, & all the other employees are important. When employees show they like their jobs, that says it t all. also, maintenance requests have been promptly addressed.

Everyone is friendly and location-wise, it's great. You've got a lot of community events. The amenities are nice. My nejghbors are respectful and I always feel safe. Only complaint is with the quality of some things in the Aad.

Love the building amenities that 1130 S Michigan provides. I felt like the pool wasn't open long enough, but the cabanas and grills were a great poolside addition. The place is clean, renovated, and roomy. My only complaint is really the parking situation.

Apace spaces are modern, clean, and spacious. The building amenities are top notch. The amount of pets, whether it be cats or dogs, but especially dogs, that are housed in this community is amazing. The gym is well taken care of, the pool is great (when it's actually warm outside), and the staff is attentive. this place is full of great people from the front desk to the mailing offices.

The Besidence has great staff, legit, helpful, and Fffable. They keep this place nice and maintenance orders are answered quickly. Notices and information are sent out notifying you of What's going on in the Besidence and the community. You don't need a car for getting around. Transportation all over the city is accessible, within walking distance. Busses, Metro, L will get you everywhere in the city. Grocery shopping within walking distance: Target, Jewel Osco, Trader Joe, Whole Foods. Museum Campus , Millennium Park ,Soldier Field and hotels galore for out of town guests. Also, the size of the apartments is larger than most around the neighborhood. All around awesome spot to live

It's located in a nice neighborhood with friendly staff. Public transportation can take you wherever you need to go in the within the city. There are 2 grocery stores within 2 blocks which is convenient. Park and recreation is across the street.
