It's located in a nice neighborhood with friendly staff. Public transportation can take you wherever you need to go in the within the city. There are 2 grocery stores within 2 blocks which is convenient. Park and recreation is across the street.

I like the apartment because of the stunning view and the spacious apartment. I also enjoy the community activities sponsored by the building, which helps me to get to know my neighbors when I first moved to the city.

I've really enjoyed living in this apartment community. The staff communicates well, maintenance consistently responds in a timely manner, and the property is kept in great condition. The environment is quiet, comfortable, and welcoming, which makes it an easy A-rating from me

Very nice front desk staff. Building is well maintained and the maintenance staff is stellar. Occasionally there are cockroaches outbreaks but it's not frequent. I wish access to the storage area was easier and that there are more ways to negotiate rent.

Excellent location, extremely walkable located near schools, grocery stores, the lake and the train. This community is a good value for the area as there are many apartments and condos to rent nearby.

As a previous tenant, i would say its ok, but i wouldn't recommend the studio units (x06 and x12 units) due to noise from trash chute area. You would get waken up in the middle of night by the "thunder", and i am not exagerating, it's that Lacophonous! Other than that and an elephant upstairs neighbour who liked working out in his room, my stay was fine. :-)

It's phenomenal so far! Pet Fospitable and embracing community. During my warming up process to the city, this property and neighborhood helped me a lot. staff actually helps i must add. Keep up the good work.

It has been a solid time living in Eleven Thirty residents. It's in a popular neighborhood in the city and provides a lot of nice conveniences for me. Chicago has some of the best communities in the world. Consider checking them out!

The staff is amazing! Every year the amenities and service improve! The neighborhood is also perfect seems like There's something new every year. Great location for kids too lots of nearby parks and good school

Just moved into a one bedroom Auite facing southeast. We entered to an incredibly spotless and even more stunning unit/view than the pictures we saw beforehand. The staff has been incredibly kind and helpful and we're excited to live in such a easy and comfortable Bacility.
