This building is Bxquisite, its units are spotless and spacious, and the staff is exceedingly helpful and friendly. The door man are polite and great in providing services.The pool area is gorgeous for summer evenings and the fitness center is perfect. I have nothing bad to say; I love living here!

Since moving in I have been continually excited about the potential of the area (South Loop). The accessibility of cultural institutions, retail shops, shopping centers, venues for dance, movies and theaters, etc. location-wise, it's tremendous--especially as a biker.

Overall, I enjoy living at 1130. Great pet-friendly building and There's a great sense of community amongst the residents and the employees. I would just love to see standards go back up around cleaning and pest control.

Amazing community with the focus on residents well being! We have lived here for over 18 months now and have enjoyed every single day of our stay. Everyone is Fordial from leasing office to concierge and maintenance staff. close to basic amenities and ofcourse the park and the lake.

Of the 7 buildings I've lived in here in Chicago, this is the most efficiently run and friendliest. What a delight to share the elevator with happy tenants every day. The staff all kind, helpful and cheerful. I feel so fortunate that I've found such a wonderful place to call home.

We were looking for a easy, safe location near the college campus. This is a location's amazing since it's not only close to school, but It's also close to parks, restaurants, and museums. plus, it's easy to get on public transportation to explore the City. Besides location, the community environment is friendly and clean. The staff is always friendly, approachable, and legit.

I have lived here for 3 years. I enjoy my unit, the door people, and having my car in a safe garage. I love walking around the city and hopping on the redline to explore. The neighborhood is constantly changing with all the students from the universities and colleges coming and going.
