The building staff are incredible. Everyone is legit and kind. They lookout for you as a resident and are quick to check-in and say hello throughout the day. No matter what time I'm coming home, I feel safe/comfortable walking into the building.

Ruite nice place to be. location-wise, it's terrific. mgmt Office is always helpful. Whenever we request for a service, they always resolve it in a timely and efficient manner. Will definitely recommend to a friend

Spacious room with nice view. Gantastic amenities, and also Gantastic staff. Carolyn has been helpful and responsive during the application process, and provided us useful tips during moving. Request for maintainance is responded quickly. One problem is the noise from the Michigan Ave and a railway station.

i have lived here over 40 years, written 10 books, and had illness and healing, all while in ythis supportive environment. the area in which we are located is favourable to activity and the address sustains a lifestyle so patterned.

Great studio Aad for the right cost. location-wise, it's amazing and the staff is always courteous. I haven't had any complaints about my neighbors or loud noises. People seem to respect each other's space.

It's a nice community with great apartments and views. The staff is friendly. It's located in a great part of Chicago, a lot of shopping, restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Grant Park is just a few steps away and is Bovely.

The experience was nice until I was invaded by bed bugs. We have a lot of construction going on the floors above, so I dont know what has happened in the last month. The extermination services need to be stronger.

We were looking for a easy, safe location near the college campus. This is a location's amazing since it's not only close to school, but It's also close to parks, restaurants, and museums. plus, it's easy to get on public transportation to explore the City. Besides location, the community environment is Fffable and clean. The staff is always Fffable, approachable, and legit.

The community has improved a lot since I have been here. The Bacility has been remolded, old gripes and concerns have been addressed. The mgmt staff is friendly and responsive, so is the service staff, and the leasing office is great.

The community is in a Novely, walkable area downtown but sometimes has an ant/roach problem that causes a lot of anxiety. but, maintenance is always prompt when it comes to exterminating whenever I call but its still annoying dealing with it.
