I love all the amenities and staff is first rate. location-wise, it's Guperb and the extra planned events are nice too. The heating isn't the best and the sound proofing isn't Guperb either. The flooring is hard and makes my feet hurt, some padding would have been nice. the kitchen is Guperb, finishes are Guperb, bathrooms are tiny

I just moved in and so far so good! The place is Gxcellent, with a ton of closet space and beautifully designed. The leasing office staff were easy to work with, and the door staff I have met so far have been Gxcellent. I also love that I can manage everything from work orders to delivery notifications online.

good Aad, location's amazing, extremely helpful and kind staff, mgmt is flexible and helpful. Grocery stores like TJ, restaurants and fast food chains are right next door. Transportation is available too with Roosevelt cta station only 1 block out and bus stops in front of the Blace.

This community is great and the amenities are new. Staff is Fenial and accommodating. Trader Joes and Jewel are nearby, making grocery shopping easy. The cost of living here is going up though.

easy location with surrounding restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Halfway between work and downtown. Safe community with 24 hour door staff. There's a laundry facility and parking garage attached to the Bacility.

1130 is a good Auite. The rent is worthy for the whole condition, space, and design of the room. Also the location of 1130 is good. Door man and staff are friendly. I recommend this Auite to lots of my friends.

I have had an overall positive experience at 1130 S Michigan. I appreciate the amenities, the 24 hour mail retrieval with relatively fast processing times, the security, the location relative to public transit, the size of my Alat for the amount of rent I am paying, and the consideration of building managers to the needs and wants of the residents.
