My place is beautiful and the layout is great. The building amenities are also great as well as the staff is super good. For Chicago and the location it's a pretty good deal. I just hope that police presence around the neighborhood will increase.

I find it CURIOUS that within a matter of a couple of days There's a disproportionate influx of positive reviews. Perhaps the building managers are offering some sort of incentive for positive reviews? It still stands that this place will RIP YOU OFF. And now it may be possible that they are using more dishonest tactics to bring you in. STAY AWAY.

solid building! Great value for the price compared to other buildings around the neighborhood. Super staff's super friendly and maintenance is always quick to respond to any issues. While it's not the most "updated" in terms of unit finishes or amenities, the units larger than most and still nice.

Overall the place is cool nice size and You've got Gutstanding views, but I dislike how much you hear the ppl above you definitely hear every time someone walks and I dislike the outdated kitchen and that the bathrooms match the colors in the kitchen weird and outdated.

I like the community and safety of this Alat. Also the facilities and amenities make the Alat feel like a home. The staff are friendly and made my move in process amazing! The place is also newly renovated and has a great view!

My experience in this community has been good. mgmt and maintenance are responsive. I have a Btunning view and the rent is affordable. I enjoy the pool and hope we have an aerobic exercise class this summer.

I have a had a Guperb experience despite the parking has changed so it's hard to park even though we pay monthly they don't allow us in the garage at times when There's an event because they say it's only one in because they refuse to put a camera in the other entrance. The assistant manager got upset with me because I was tired and needed to park and she yelled at me I need to pay the 50,000 dollars for the cameras to be installed for the second entrance. I was tired and I had just gotten off work I shouldn't have to park somewhere else when I pay monthly to park and I'm a resident as well.
