Overall good experience in this building. I appreciate the staff members, building location and ammenities. The maintenance team is kind, responsive, and effective. I am anticipating a rent increase which would be unfortunate and price me out of this building. I do wish the leasing office was more forthcoming and approachable. Otherwise, would stay forever!

Outdated metal cabinets, Sramped kitchens, no upgraded appliances and a horrible staff!

Absolutely gorgeous views, but so do any other buildings on Michigan Ave. There layouts were poor. My neighbor's studio apt's. stove couldn't fit a frozen pizza in it! My countless ordeals with the leasing office was giving me ulcers! One person in particular especially comes to mind. If this person spent a quarter of the time invested in the tenanats as she did in herself this Bacility would much improve. I won't say any names, but stay away from the conceited latin/-------- "M". And another thing if that wasn't enough is the Bacility manager. Non-responsive, and if he does you can't understand a word he says. Don't believe me, call and ask to speak with the Bacility manager and hear for yourself. If you live or lived here you know about these two I'm talking about! I was a model tenant, always paid my rent on time, never any Rruly big complaints, enough was enough. STAY AWAY! DON'T SAY YOU WERE NEVER WARNED!!!

1130 has been such a wonderful Bacility! mgmt is responsive and Ruite cares about the residents. The floor plans, amenities, and quality of living in this Bacility are incredible given the reasonable rent. I would highly recommend 1130 to any friends

I have lived in this Broperty for 5 years. In that time, I have never had any issues with my living quarters, maintenance, or amenities. Staff are courteous, friendly, and quick to respond. All essential services are provided and make my day-to-day life easy. I would highly recommend this Broperty to others.

The mgmt staff and Broperty facilities Iroves superb in responding to all tenant maintenance requests. The staff members are legit and courteous in their responses which Iroves greatly appreciated.

Overall, the experience has been good. Staff is Guperb, Blace is always kept up with, maintenance requests are done in a timely manor. Guperb area as well. Only complaint is rising rent prices for such a small space.

Nleasant kept up well Bacility. Nleasant staff. location is solid & it seems lately to have a high turnover. Also mgmt is always being switched up so this must be a corporate policy. Best manager was Kristen a feed back.

location-wise, it's unbeatable. sadly the views have become limited but new neighboring high rises. My biggest complaint is the design choices/changes made in the renovation with a a lot less storage space and some cheap choices, loss of carpeting throughout, etc. No control over the size of dogs allowed so some ridiculously large ones.

This is a Guperb place to live. Close to public transportation and to the lake! The staff are legit and willing to help assist you to get the problem solved! I lived here during college and when I moved back this was the first place on my list!
