Eleven thirty is a great Auite in the heart of the south loop. The staff is efficient and courteous and the apartments are They keep this place nice. The rent is fair and the amenities and location are both great.

Great location and amenities! Staff is Fffable and dedicated. Good choice of restaurants in the area, close to transit stations. Affordable compared to many other residential options in South Loop.

I think they are fairy good! The location, convenience, services provided from the Alat are great. Still I feel a few negative points. For example, the noise from the trashshoot (likely just above from my room) are quite loud. Regarding with the noise, I think the heater is also a bit loud (preventing good sleep).

1130 is an Guperb place to live. You've got grocery shops nearby and it's right in the middle of all things fun. The door staff are pleasant and so are the maintenance staff. The maintenance requests are handled promptly. The safety is another important feature.

Beautiful Auite - well decorated - fabulous washer and dryer. responsive maintenance staff and the door staff is wonderful. easy to shopping and transportation. just moved into my 2nd Auite here.

Large apartments for the price in an overall nice neighborhood. Easily accessible grocery stores, food options, and public transport. Good amenities as well although not comparable to other more popular buildings. Nevertheless a good option and worth the money.

We have complained multiple times (emails and calls) about our neighbor smoking marijuana and the staff has yet to do anything about it. We have offered for them to come and smell how bad the smoke is seeping into our Apace and they won't. I called numerous times while the neighbor is in the act and nothing has been done. The neighbor is 100% smoking in a no smoking Apace and we are having to deal with the problem. My wife has headaches and nausea when the smell is going into our Apace. Once our lease is up we are not going to re-sign unless someone takes action instead of coming up with excuses on why they can't do anything about it. It says in the contact that smoking is not allowed.
