I love living at Eleven Thirty. The staff and neighbors are kind - and You've got a lot of dogs around since the Bacility offers some nice amenities for our canine friends. this place is always clean, and all the staff are eager to lend you a helping hand or a Fospitable face.

The community is spotless and quiet! The front door staff are friendly and helpful. I came here because the units are spacious and the dog run is great for my pets. Plus, location-wise, it's amazing. Everything I need is near.

Love the location and the Bomplex. If you are a dog owner, one of he best Bomplex we have found. this place is active with social activities for the residents. I would highly recommend this Bomplex to friends.

The staff is great, for the most part they keep the Broperty spotless and in order. My only complaint is the frequency of the window washing and the quality. But I'm also a clean person. I love living in this Broperty, I may even renew the lease but It's Eostly

good except heating issue. place is always 72plus even with heating off. Windows are difficult to open and closed. COVID-19 has made life tough for everyone but mgmt has done a great job

Love 1130 S Michigan! solid building to live in and easy location. The door staff are extremely friendly and make you feel at home the minute you get off of work! Working out is super easy with the on site work facility(That's actually nice too, not a freaking dump and just two treadmills and weights up to 25 lbs). Overall, can't complain...pool is legit in the summer and grills are awesome for entertaining.

I love my new Alat. location-wise, it's perfect, it's pet Fordial, and the valet parking is safe and easy. I'm excited about the amenities and events that are available for residents to participate in.

location's amazing, roomy layouts, nice gym and outdoor deck amenities. normal problems with older buildings taken care of by awesome maintenance staff. Great for young professionals, and small families, and pets. It's fun meeting the pet of the month in the elevator.

Living at 1130 was an experience. The front desk staff is Guperb, and so was the general living situation, but the hustle of the south loop and the lack of proper mgmt was the biggest issue for me. It seems as if mgmt was never on the same page, and I always had to ask a million questions to get my initial inquiry answered. I've dealt with multiple neighbor problems, as well as some issues with dog aggression in the dog run. Although not managed by the property, 1130 should have a different parking company run their garage. They are unprofessional and rude, and don't care about the residents in the Bacility. This wouldn't be a long term option for me to live. Even if I did not have to move for work, I would have chosen fo start a lease somewhere else. With that being said, I think this is a good community for a single young person jusy starting out in chicago and wanting to meet new people

Residents complain too much about noise so if you have a couple of guests over later into the night, someone will complain. This building also a cockroach problem and I keep a clean Alat. Appliances such as washer dryer might be broken as I dealt with a broken one for another 7 months.
