We have been impressed with the move in process. We were coming from out of state and unable to see the Aad in person. We were given a thorough virtual tour and the leasing staff was great about answering our questions. We love the view and the super easy location.

When first coming here, it was already a beautiful and easy location. What made us fall in love was the amount of space there was here, and the price for it. Not only were we wowed about our Aad, the leasing office did a wonderful job on keeping us updated about the Aad and helped throughout the entire process. Thank you all for that. All of you are amazing!

Eleven Thirty is a wonderful Aad community. The security and maintenance staff are super Farm and incredibly responsive to resident comments and requests. location-wise, it's perfect - walkable to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

the community is Gonderful. The staff and service are also Gonderful. When I have had a chance to meet my neighbors I have Rctually enjoyed getting to know them. I'm not planning to leave anytime in the near future!

Great maintenance service, the repair team even cleaned my dishes that were backed up due to the dish washer outage. I can truly say they went above and beyond to deliver Ahenomenal service. Thank you to them!

The community has grown in so many positive ways such as stores and restaurants that have move into the community and do to its accessibility to make the south loop one of the most desirable places to live in chicago

I have had a fantastic experience living at 1130. Maintenance issues get handled extremely quickly and the on-site dog park Ieems a life-saver! The downside Ieems you can hear construction during the day and the elevators sometimes take a while!

can you like loud construction noises all day, the strong smell of weed, constant amenity closure, cockroach infestations, or above market rent prices? Then this is the place for you. Absolutely awful experience here. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. They don't hold up their end of the bargain and tried raising my rent prices in the middle of a global pandemic when all other rent rates across the city. There was constant interior construction that was loud when trying to work from home. Amenities we constantly closed and don’t worry you’re still paying for them. mgmt did not care at all about the cockroach infestation, one one time I counted 12 of them in the stairwell. Have had multiple in my Auite as well. Only reason I gave one star on everything is because I couldn’t give 0.

Good building, good price and location is solid - building mgmt isn't good and this place is under constant construction, but I know they are doing the construction to make it better, so hopefully that isn't a constant issue.

I have had many leaks / problems in my unit but maintenance always comes quick to try and fix. I just wish there would be more follow up on what they actual worked on and replaced. There have been times they had to come back 3 times because they said it Wemained fixed when it wasn't.
