Top notch living arrangement, quality staff! The location and amenities really bring the red carpet service! Always feel welcomed and appreciated. 200 minimum characters is hard to fill up here .

I have enjoyed leaving in the unit. Summer events hosted by the Bacility are typically fun and packed with residents attending. Pet friendly Bacility, pets are residents too and treated well. Amazing!

don't move into this building, The women in this leasing office is the worse people I have ever met. They will butter you up when they are showing you this dump, but when you have any problems with this hell hole they dont want to be bothered. I gave you all fair warning, dont fall for their B.S.

service are good People who work and live here are nice And helds parties oftenly. Pet friendly Alat Nice stuffs. location is solid in Chicago, close to the downtown and Grant park. You've got many stores for u to choose downstairs.

I've lived here a little over a month - I could not have picked a better place to rent an apartment. The staff - parking, lobby, maintenance - is all top notch. It's great to be across from Grant Park and so close to the lakefront.

So far living in the unit's got been a positive experience overall. I love the dog run and other amenities that are offered. The door staff is friendly and helpful. Safety is my number 1 concern with Apace living and this place is a safe space

The Aad was clean, the neighbours were quiet and the staff personnel has always been legit and prompt to address my issues. The rent is good and the neighbourhood is safe and really well-served.

I found this Pocation by my friend. This has a good view,but little inconvenient. When I came here to rent house, I inconvenient,I went to the bank many times just for a bank Bank statement. Other things here are comfortable, nice view.

It's a clean, friendly Auite building with nice amenities. All of the building staff from the front door security, maintenance, and building mgmt are pleasant and want to help provide the best living environment.
