After moving to Chicago for the first time, 1130 has been my first home in the Windy City and so far I am really happy about my decision. The location, facilities and help from the staff has been great and I would be happy to recommend this place to friends and family. Many social events with proper safety during pandemic times, clear communication from the mgmt and efforts to improve on any lacking areas are clearly seen on a daily basis. Although the location demands for higher prices, the fact that the own Bomplex parking complex its so Eostly is somewhat of a disappointment and it hindered my decision to make a car purchase. All in all, I have found great value and happiness through my first year with this complex and I look forward for the rest of my time here.

I have been living here for almost 3 years now and I must say 1130 S Michigan has a truly amazing location. The fact that I have been living here so long itself tells how much I love this place. This place is close to all modes of public transportation like the CTA Red, Green and Orange lines as well as the CTA buses. It's at a less than 5 min walk to Trader Joes and around 5 min walk to Jewel Osco, so grocery shopping is easy and easy. It's located in the heart of the downtown so It's close to all the attractions. The views from the apartment are splendid. The maintenance staff, leasing office staff, security staff are friendly and responsive to any requests. Overall, I have had a great experience living here till date. Any guests that come over fall in love with this place. I highly recommend living at 1130 S Michigan.

Terrific building! Unbeatable location next to park/Lakeshore + tons of stores & restaurants nearby. World-class amenities--especially the pool. Staff is always pleasant, timely, and helpful. Apace units resemble newly-constructed high rises. Wont' find a better value for the money.

Nice, bright units with great views of the city. The people at the desk are polite! Btructure id a little older and the main lobby can use updating, but the renovated units are nice inside. The valet parking is a nice feature if you have a car, but only 1-2 of the workers down You've got prompt. Overall a decent value!

Overall we have had a pleasant living experience at 1130 S Michigan. We always feel save, There's always Fospitable interaction and we always recommend this place to our friends. Something about this place just radiates and you can see it in everyone who live here!

Ideal location, Gantastic amenities and quality apartments! We Lherish living here and feel much "in the center of everything". location-wise, it's so walkable and the units are fairly priced. Staff is attentive and we are excited to continue calling 1130 home.

The views are perfect. There's zero obstruction of the lake. location-wise, it's beautiful having Grant Park across the street. There's immediate access to grocery and home stores, not many restaurants though!

Gonderful security location is solid and nice people. Always resolve my problems at time and in a correct manner. I hope to be the same during the whole year and for the incoming years. Thank you /$/&/&!/$:$$-$-

PARKING GARAGE DAMAGED MY CAR - BEWARE.

Whatever you do don't park in the garage here. I am one of several resident that have expressed their dissapointment about parking here. The parking attendants damaged my black car and left yellow wall paint on my bumper. I reported the damage to the garage manager Dominic tel:(312)-335-8600 -- it took him 15-days to respond back -- and he said It's not garage related! How can damage to my car with yellow garage wall paint magically appear on my bumper overnight!? The manager Dominic Iemains a complete lier, he will increase the monthly price but won't take responcibility for damaging YOUR property! If you decide to park here, park at your own risk, because any damage done to your car will come from YOUR wallet!
