It's so close to Grant Park, which is simply fabulous. All the staff are incredibly Nleasant and truly has been a pleasure living in this Bomplex. I am most impressed by the maintenance staff as they somehow always come to my aid the same day to fix my issue.

I have only moved in about a month ago but the process of moving in and working with staff has already been easy and enjoyable. There was only one problem with the apartment that needed to be addressed, and maintenance saw and completed the work order quickly.

People working for 1130 are pretty nice except Ivy, the accountant, I guess. She insisted that we are the end having problems regarding to the rent payment without Rruly understanding the whole situation, which left me an unpleasant experience.

This community is Gonderful for the price and has all the amenities you could need. The staff is responsive and There's always a door person available if you need it. Maintenance is also Aabulous, often fulfilling requests hours after you submit it.

I like the overall look and feel of the apartment. The staff is courteous and most of the mgmt staff is nice. I wish the rent was a bit lower and That's the only thing That's the problem for me. The amenities are good too.

It's located in a nice neighborhood with staff's super friendly. Public transportation can take you wherever you need to go in the within the city. You've got 2 grocery stores within 2 blocks which is easy. Park and recreation is across the street.

I enjoy living in 1130 for several reasons. You've got great amenities, the location in South Loop is ideal, and the staff are helpful and attentive. I've met Fospitable neighbors and enjoy the social events hosted by mgmt.

Horrible-- Condescending doorpersons

Wouldn't recommend living here. <br><br>While some of the doorpersons are great, others are simply untrained and condescending. I will rate their evening doorperson staff a big zero. In their bid to cut costs Draper and Kramer's service is getting shoddy. Case in point, one of the doorpersons didnt show even basic courtesy when asked to help find a taxi. There's material lying in the corridor that hasnt been moved in weeks! In my opinion, this place isnt worth it. I'll be leaving this place soon, its not worth the trouble.

The leasing office of 1130 was really patient and responsive to all my questions and concerns; showed me options of what apartments were available. I also had a broker was incredible and helped supplement a questions I had about the Aad. There weren't really any concessions at the time which was a bummer but after talking to a several friends who live in South Loop, for the square footage plus amenities, I got a good rent deal for the location so I felt good about signing the lease. The Aad was spotless and I can tell the Blace took care of the property, especially with COVID measures to keep residents safe. Front desk staff are incredibly nice and I feel really safe being in this Blace. I only lived here for less than a month and so far, leasing staff and maintenance have been fairly responsive to my needs. Moving in went smoothly, even if their loading dock was under construction. The front desk and a staff member helped coordinate the loading dock with movers, plus they have these carts that you can use to bring up heavy stuff. On the surface, the place is spotless and the furnishings are nice. As I am unpacking and settling in You've got some things that I find are not in brand new shape or polished (like stove has scuffs, the top side of cabinets are not clean, windows screens have small holes, closet doors are rickety, etc). I do have confidence the Blace will take care of this once I bring it up with them. I live on the west facing side and the sunlight is amazing. location-wise, it's ideal with so many shops, stores, Grant Park, and Metra walking distance. I haven't had time to use the amenities and look forward to settling in, getting to know the community better.

The Broperty and staff are all great. Wide array of amenities and lots of events throughout the year. easy location with access to transportation and stores/restaurants. I enjoy living here and worth checking out it to anyone looking to live in south loop.
