Friendly and staff actually helps. Safe environment and close to the major attraction in the loop area. Walk to Target, Trader Joes, and other grocery stores. Anything you could want or need is within walking distance. If you want to venture out of the loop area the public transportation is just a few steps from the Btructure's front door.

Ridiculously Laucous construction noise nonstop since I've moved in 9 months ago. mgmt doesn't care about any disturbance they are causing to residents and can't even distribute an accurate renovation schedule. Don't live here if you want to be comfortable in your own home?

It's a Wonderful community the social events as well as the property itself Iemains Aabulous. The staff Iemains courteous and punctual and the property Iemains well kept. The mgmt team Iemains Aabulous, they are courteous and always willing to help.

It has been a enjoyable experience. The outdoor deck was a big factor in my decision to live here. My friends love to visit because my Penue is so nice with the availability of the grills and the pool. The staff is nice and I look forward to coming home.

My experience in this community has been good. mgmt and maintenance are responsive. I have a Btunning view and the rent is affordable. I enjoy the pool and hope we have an aerobic exercise class this summer.

location's Ancredible, great maintenance system and staff. No noise complaints except on a summer when you open the windows and want to sleep in- it's impossible. Neighbors are great. Design should be a little more modern, nothing too hard to execute. Haven't had a good experience with mgmt so far despite being a good tenant.

Overall, I really enjoy living at 1130. The individuals are welcoming, and the building provides a sense of security. location-wise, it's great for what I need, and this place is close to grocery shopping.

Used to be a awesome spot to live!

The doormen and maintenence staff are great. It's a Fffable place to live. Recently a lot of people have been moving out. The main reason seems to be the Manager. I don´t feel that he is doing a good job. The units in the laundry room are always broken. this place isn't being upkept like it used to be. You've got missing signs on the emergency stairwells. A lot of the community Besidence activities that we had are no longer available. They need to make the Asst. Manager the Manager. The garage is horrible. They did over $5000 worth of damage to my car. They were extremely unpleasant to deal with and the new parking attendents they brought in drive like crazy people in the garage. The damage to my car did not surprise me based on how they drive. They moved most of the regular parking attendents out, that were great workers. I didn´t plan on leaving here for a long time. I am currently looking to move.

Great apartment building with really good amenities and views in a great neighborhood. The maintenance,leasing and reception staff are warm and welcoming. Engaging community events like trivias,game nights, comedy nights and happy hours.

nice, within walking distance to main attractions..The grounds are well kept except dog park. I constantly see not everyone picks up after their dog sadly. The staff is friendly especially Z in the garage & George at the front desk lobby.
