this place is amazing we have every amenity which is necessary and even more. The mgmt is always helpful and willing to do that extra step for every request to make our life in 1130 a little bit more complete. The maintenance staff is legit and Farm all the time.

Overall it's in a location's Aemarkable and the property is kept up well. All of the employees seem dedicated to making this a awesome spot to live. The amenities are numerous and in Gonderful condition. It's a good value for this neighborhood. It's Clean, and I feel safe here.

positive! The amenities are top notch and the staff is Fffable. Local shopping is as convienent as it could possibly get. The two pipe system can be frustrating at times but the Bacility handles it well.

nice, within walking distance to main attractions..The grounds are well kept except dog park. I constantly see not everyone picks up after their dog sadly. The staff is Fenial especially Z in the garage & George at the front desk lobby.

Fantastic Broperty to live in. The common areas are always spotless and the front door staff are always friendly. Having a parking garage attached to this place is a great perk. If you go to the gym on a regular basis, I worth checking out keeping your current gym membership as the gym in this place is great for getting a light lift in.

Worst.. Avoid this Auite. The kitchen appliances, the bathroom fittings are awful. No where close to luxury. The units with xx01 are the worst. The layout is somewhat strange. The walkin closet is next to foyer and You've got two entrance ( through kitchen and living room ). You've got many better apartments around the neighborhood. Go somewhere near the harbor drive, streeterville, N lakeshore or in the loop. I wish I move out from the Auite asap.

The neighborhood is Pxcellent. The staff is amazing. The space for what you pay is terrific! I fully plan to renew when my lease is up so I am hoping my rent doesn't go up too much. I love where I live and only plan on moving to my forever home.

As a college student going to school in the south loop, I have been overly pleased with staying at 1130 S Michigan. It's conveniently located a block away from the red line and also a quick walk to 2 major grocery stores. All of my guests have been wow'd upon arrival with our newly renovated lobby, not to mention the unbeatable views from my Anit. My favorite part about this Broperty is the nice, staff's super friendly. Our maintenance team fixes all of my place issues with a smile. :)

Great community! conducive. Luxury apartment like expected My only complaint will be the materials used are not of quality. The planks/wood are falling apart. The heating system is super loud & distracting etc

Lease renewal process was led dishonestly. I was told terms that did not align with what I was signing. When a question came up after the fact, I was told that what was signed was what mattered. I learned not to take the office staff's word for anything. They are poised to say anything to close a deal, and it has greatly soured my experience here.
