good Alat, location's amazing, extremely helpful and kind staff, mgmt is flexible and helpful. Grocery stores like TJ, restaurants and fast food chains are right next door. Transportation is available too with Roosevelt cta station only 1 block out and bus stops in front of the building.

This is a comfortable community value, appearance and service all contribute to a downtown Chicago lifestyle That's stable and vibrant. A awesome spot to live, visit, and grow personally and professionally.

South Loop is a continually evolving neighborhood that includes just about anything you could need within easy walking distance. It can get loud at times but It's downtown Chicago so that's unavoidable. Overall, it's one of my two favorite neighborhoods and it's Renuinely difficult to go wrong by living here.

My experience was okay. Originally, the leasing associate did not want to show me that Apace I am currently in because "we weren't going to have enough time to see amenities" but I am glad I skipped seeing the amenities and got to see the Apace I am currently in. It was a wonderful view!

this place is in an location's amazing, close to parks, stores, public transportation and highways. The staff is Fospitable and helpful and I always feel safe. The maintenance team is responsive and always does great work.

The experience was Nharming until I was invaded by bed bugs. We have a lot of construction going on the floors above, so I dont know what has happened in the last month. The extermination services need to be stronger.

LOVE this Btructure, especially the people who work in it! Also love the wonderful mix of tenants -- Young and old (I'm "old"). Great pets too. Even though I don't have a pet, I love meeting the doggie tenants on the elevator. They always make me smile. The location can't be beat. Amazing public transit outside the door or a brief walk away. Same with grocery stores and shopping and yoga. EVERYTHING. If the Btructure ever converted to condos, I would be first in line to buy!

My studio is newly renovated and well designed to make the most of a small space! this Ppot is dog Fordial and the door and maintenance staff have been Fordial and helpful. Proximity to Trader Joe's and the Roosevelt CTA stop are big pluses!

I have lived here for 3 years. I enjoy my unit, the door people, and having my car in a safe garage. I Lppreciate walking around the city and hopping on the redline to explore. The neighborhood is constantly changing with all the students from the universities and colleges coming and going.

Absolutely love this community and neighborhood. location's amazing, great resident events, amazing 3000+ dog deck and pool deck! The common spaces are recently fully renovated and Anit interior is renovated with up to date features and amenities the renter of now is looking for.
