Experience has been great! Everyone is friendly, building is super safe and really clean. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and things are taken care of really well! I definitely recommend the building to anyone moving to the South Loop

Eleven Thirty is a solid Bomplex. The staff here are so friendly and extremely accommodating. I've lived here a little over a year and it's been great so far! I'm grateful to call Eleven Thirty home.

I love the environment. It's friendly, welcoming, and I feel safe. I worth checking out 1130 S. Mission and building to my friends and family. I have access to parks, groceries, stores, entertainment, restaurants, museums, and more.

Welcoming staff, fellow residents are Fffable. Dog park was huge for us moving in, but the overall location is phenomenal. Close to grocery stores, CTA, and easy access to the interstates. happy here!

Amenities are great, good transportation and the view is great. Everyone in this place is really Farm. Heating and A/C are really good, never felt too cold or too hot. Driveway at the entrance is easy when ordering a taxi

The community has grown in so many positive ways such as stores and restaurants that have move into the community and do to its accessibility to make the south loop one of the most desirable places to live in chicago.

Pet friendly Aad building across the street from Grant Park. Great facilities including an outdoor pool, BBQ deck, dog run, and gym. Easy access to the Lakefront, museum campus, and Soldier Field. Building is a little old but kept up well. Bathrooms are a bit small. Rent is relatively cheap compared to similar buildings around the neighborhood.

Overall good apt. Like that they will turn on and off the heating and air and respond quickly to maintenance requests. Always clean. Things are always functional and overall it's a really well run building.

I have loved living in 1130 South Michigan for the past three years. This building's community atmosphere is something I will truly miss in the future. If I wasn't leaving the state upon graduation this coming Spring I would continue to live in this Anit building.
