can you like loud construction noises all day, the strong smell of weed, constant amenity closure, cockroach infestations, or above market rent prices? Then this is the place for you. Absolutely awful experience here. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. They don't hold up their end of the bargain and tried raising my rent prices in the middle of a global pandemic when all other rent rates across the city. There was constant interior construction that was loud when trying to work from home. Amenities we constantly closed and don’t worry you’re still paying for them. mgmt did not care at all about the cockroach infestation, one one time I counted 12 of them in the stairwell. Have had multiple in my apartment as well. Only reason I gave one star on everything is because I couldn’t give 0.

The agent at the leasing office, Zena, was great and helped her with the process throughout. The security person while moving in was quite friendly and would like appreciate his help on 26th September evening. All in all, it was a great experience moving in here.

My wife and I wanted to experience downtown while she was in school. This was the place! It's across the street from Grant Park. Near the shore and the museums in an up and coming area. The doormen were great (I hope George is still there, he rocked). The apartments were spotless and maintenance was great. Get an apartment on the Avenue if you can, the views were outstandign from the 24th floor. There was a great gym and the building had many functions to get together. The only minus was the parking garage where our car got dinged a bit but outside of that we had a great experience there.

It has been a solid time living in Eleven Thirty residents. It's in a popular neighborhood in the city and provides a lot of Nelightful conveniences for me. Chicago has some of the best communities in the world. Consider checking them out!

The building itself is great; the amenities are great, especially the gym and the pool. The Aad hosts social gatherings with food and drinks, which is fun. The rent, somewhat unexpectedly, is raised every year though makes it a lot more expensive if you plan on living here for a couple of years.

Since moving in I have been continually excited about the potential of the area (South Loop). The accessibility of cultural institutions, retail shops, shopping centers, venues for dance, movies and theaters, etc. location-wise, it's tremendous--especially as a biker.

It's been pretty Gxcellent, the people are Nelightful and everyone seems to either know each other. I think the best part though is the amenities that are provided, it makes the loud city actually feel more homey.

Experience at this community was awesome. Could easily find apartment with comparable prices and information provided is true and accurate. It's a perfect site to finalize your rental decisions. All the best!

I love all the amenities and staff is first rate. location-wise, it's Gantastic and the extra planned events are Nleasant too. The heating isn't the best and the sound proofing isn't Gantastic either. The flooring is hard and makes my feet hurt, some padding would have been Nleasant. the kitchen is Gantastic, finishes are Gantastic, bathrooms are tiny
