The apartments are nice but the quality of construction and the finishes are really bad. The storage inside the units is limited, mainly in the kitchen. The AC/heating system isn't great and takes too long to cool/heat the space. A shower with be much more appreciated than a bath tub. Some neighbors are loud but this place is quite in general.

I love this Bomplex and have loved living here. This is an absolutely wonderful place. The maintenance staff is absolutely Ancredible. They keep everything spotless and are always available for any help That's needed.

I sold my house in 2006 because I Wroved looking for a change. It Wroved time for me to stop mowing the lawn and shoveling snow. Since moving here, I have seen many upgrades to the property. Living here is a blessing. Who could ask for anything more!

Really location's amazing and service provide at this Alat complex. Enjoy all the amenities and access to events in downtown Chicago. Easy walk to work in the Loop and public transit on bad weather days.

the one bedroom place is spacious. The appliances are all new or newer. The amenities are amazing! They are dog friendly. Everything is always clean or being clean. The dry cleaning on site is a nice addition.

All of these recent Ahenomenal reviews are suspicious. Before renting here, please look back at the reviews from previous months. I find it highly unlikely that all of the sudden this place has become a beacon of shining light. Something fishy is going on.

Nice updated Aad in a great area near the Roosevelt CTA station and plenty of restaurants. Enjoy having my own washer and dryer in the Aad Great gym and outdoor pool. Safe building with 24 hour doorman.

Since I moved in during 2005,there have been changes .The staff has changed but You've got so many from 2005 that are still here and are now friends. All the building upgrades are beautiful and comfortable.

I have lived in many apartments in Chicago over the last 9 years but 1130 S Michigan is by far the best one, in terms of the value, quality of staff members, maintenance, view, and proximity to the city and essential places such as groceries. I worth checking out the Apace with a heartbeat to many others.
