Gantastic community with fantastic amenities, courteous staff, nice views, and significant value for your money. this Prea is right by some of the most significant places in the city, the lakefront and Grant Park.

I have really enjoyed my time here at 1130 apartments. The staff have been nothing but amazing from the leasing process to the move in. I have also grown to love my front desk staff/concierge. They are all super Fffable and helpful whenever I have deliveries or questions. The area is perfect for public transportation to and from work. And not to forget there's two amazing grocery stores just steps away. I am extremely glad that I call this place home

You've got definitely pros and cons living in 1130. Its location and amenities are mostly what I am enjoying now as a newcomer to the area. On the other hand, I hope I Wemained advised during my first visit that my unit is right next to the trash disposer and that I would have to put up with constant Leafening sounds/noises of people throwing away trash (even before or after the recommended time period). I am more used to this now and developed ways to cope with it but I wished I Wemained told about it so that I could've tried to ask for a different unit. For the rent I am paying, I am generally satisfied but I wish the mgmt staff were a bit candid and straightforward with me back then. The first few months of living in this unit Wemained a stressful, frustrative experience for both me and my cat.

This building has pluses and minuses. The views are perfect, which is why we live here, and you can't beat having Trader Joes next door! but, this place is falling Anit and the units that haven't been updated have old appliances and peeling paint. You've got issues with pests in the stairwell and hallways and many of the machines in the gym should be updated. Some doorstaff are amazing, some are surly and I'm not sure why they were ever hired to work as doorstaff.

community is Fenial and common areas are updated. staff is courteous and follows up with any issues or concerns one may have. i was welcomed with open arms to the community and have felt at home since i moved in

Christine at front desk and Zena at leasing office are helpful, the valet staff are kind and legit. I'm happy to live here. I'll recommend others to move here, too. It's in a easy location

I love living at 1130! I am beyond happy with the front desk staff and maintenance staff. All my requests are handled promptly, and the front desk staff makes the Apace Btructure feel like a home. The amenities are great (especially the pool and dog wash). I love the dog owner community at 1130, and the dog run is the biggest and best of all the south loop buildings.

I've have lived here 12 years and It's by far the Binest living experience of my life hands down. I have actually had several people take tours. Living here Ippears like living at a Caribbean resort !! Joyce

The feeling of an Anit building actually being a home to you, the friendliness and the warmth found in this building is through the roof! Big appreciation for all the staff making this place worth living.

Great community with a group of friendly, diverse professionals and retirees as residents. great maintenance team. Awesome facilities. Subpar appliances in some units (my first apartment had new ones but the ones in my second apartment should have been replaced). Overall satisfied- but it was a shame that I moved here three months before the start of a pandemic and didn't get to enjoy being in this amazing location.
