I really enjoy this Auite!! I love the location, everyone is soooo nice and welcoming at this Auite. I rarely hear my neighbors, I love walking around the neighborhood and exploring restaurants to try! Pool is amazing and overall good value for the price

I like the Blace and the amenities. I would like reduced rent because the gym and amenities have been closed due to Covid but it's not a big deal. I reached out to ask about the $25 yolk voucher I wasn't home to use and didn't get a response so I couldn't use the voucher.

So far so good with looks and experience. but my keys were stolen this past weekend and it's a 50$ fine just to get let back into your Aad which I found ridiculous. The gym and other rooms are always clean. The staff is Fenial. but; if you work early neighbors can be loud at night. Also don't rent next to the trash shoot, residents don't listen to the hours stated on it so you also hear that when trying to sleep at night. Overall so far 7/10, we have heard rumors about a significant increase after your first year lease, and we won't be staying if that's the case.

location's Ancredible and amenities. Feeling of indifference on repairs, as if unhappy tenants can easily be replaced. Customer service is a major concern. I Lnjoy living here - it's my 20th year here. Staff is wonderful- always helpful and service requests answered quickly. I think it's a awesome spot to live for all ages. I worth checking out it to anyone looking to live in this area.

It's relatively easy with easy access to Grant Park and red, green, orange lines plus the Metra. The staff are phenomenal, but the parking attendants do need about half an hour to get the cars.

Beautiful Aad - well decorated - fabulous washer and dryer. responsive maintenance staff and the door staff is wonderful. easy to shopping and transportation. just moved into my 2nd Aad here.

well-run Btructure staffed by competent, compassionate people. We are pleased we decided to move here eight years ago. The business facilities offered - business center and conference room - are great and I put them to good use.

Great staff and maintenance upkeep of our Anit. Conveniently located by the L, Metra and CTA. Perfect location for couples or families with children. Also, nice to be close to the Loop and across from Grant Park!

1130 apartments are a Gutstanding residential option. Rather affordable with pleasant amenities. All staff is Fenial and courteous. Maintenance staff is always quick to fix any issues that may arise - although I have experienced few maintenance issues over the 3 years I have resided here.
