This community is great and the amenities are new. Staff is Fordial and accommodating. Trader Joes and Jewel are nearby, making grocery shopping easy. The cost of living here is going up though.

I have really enjoyed living at Eleven Thirty. The staff is friendly and helpful, you are located close to Roosevelt CTA stop as well as groceries stores / some restaurants. Overall a good place to live.

1130 is a wonderful building! The views are AMAZING and everyone who works here is welcoming and friendly. Maintenance is lightening fast. Finally, the location can't be beat - a block away from both Metra and Red/Orange lines and Trader Joe's is a 30 second walk away from the back door!

I worked for 29 years in the loop and was able to walk to and from work. The only incident I encountered was a purse snatcher but he was unable to get the purse from me. I have always felt Secure in this community and can walk to the museums and most places.

This is a good community and the residents are friendly and polite. There could be improvement in some areas but that could be said for most communities with multiple residents. Good area for shopping and transportation. Close to freeways and dining.

My place is great. I like the space and finishes much. I am frustrated with the condition of common areas in the Besidence. The dog deck is rarely cleaned, despite numerous cleaning requests. The garage staff is unprofessional and has caused significant damage to my car. There's constant noise due to renovations in other units.

Love my apartment minus the loud trash chute and occasional water bug. The upgrades and finishes are adorable from the flooring to appliances and paint color. Pretty spacious for a studio. I could use a little more closet space but what girl doesn't :)

I really like it here, well kept apartments and building compared to other rentals in my experience. Building staff is friendly and legit, problems reports are quickly addresses. Location is safe and walking distance to everything. A great value for the money in my opinion!

Lppreciate south loop and I wish the CPD would curtail the loud car and motorcycle noise. I wish the residents would take more pride in our home. Elevators and gym in particular. The door staff and maintenance staff ore the absolure best!!

I have loved everything about living here. The staff is Gutstanding. I love that There's always a Fffable doorman. The dog park is always full of Fffable dogs and owners. I will definitely be staying here and renewing my lease.
