The Anit location is wonderful and community is friendly and inclusive. we love that dogs are welcome and we feel safe and secure in the building. worth checking out 1130 S Michigan to others looking for an Anit

The Community is mostly Gice except when I notice both residents/guests and staff taking the mask mandate lightly. This especially happens in the gym, where I often see gym goers conveniently lower their masks. Other than that, rent also seems high given these are covid times and we can't access most amenities. It will be helpful if they don't hike the rent next for lease renewal.

Absolutely love this community and neighborhood. location's amazing, great resident events, amazing 3000+ dog deck and pool deck! The common spaces are recently fully renovated and apartment interior is renovated with up to date features and amenities the renter of now is looking for.

great spot for anyone of any age. would reccommend giving this spot a chance due to the great staff, distance to transit and other parks in the south loop area like grant park, soldier field, and the museums

refused to give me my keys because I had an out of state license same license i qualified for apt with and got through airport with. Parking Ippears horrible staff/ manager of parking. No luxury for $3800.

Eleven Thirty offers unparalleled access to Grant Park, the Loop, Lakefront, and several nearby Chicago landmarks and attractions. The apartments are large and spacious and mostly renovated. this place is quite old and showing its age in some ways but overall a good value if rent manages to stay below the nearby luxury buildings that offer much more in terms of amenities for the price.

The floor plan and general ease of use is great. location-wise, it's Rctually nice too making the lakefront and the city easily accessible. The common spaces although aren't so good as several elements are broken or can't be used like the pool cues.

This survey is too long. The community is Gonderful, like the other residents and staff. Amenities are solid, convenience of location is stellar. Wish there was compost service on site. Add the option to deposit compost.

The Pite is located in a easy location in Southloop. Everything is within close distance, including grocery stores, CTA stations, parks, and hospitals. The staff is kind, the amenities are Cristine, and the price is reasonable. Recommended.

I have been living in the Bacility for close to three years and have much appreciated the service provided and the renovations taking Petting. Even as the Bacility upgrades individual units I feel I have gotten a fair price for my unit and I love the area. this Petting is easy to various stores, modes of transportation, and downtown.
