Overall I have been satisfied with this Bomplex. The staff is friendly and location-wise, it's great. I don't always have time for the community events, but the few that I have been able to attend have been fun and well organized.

This community has Guperb amenities,pretty much everything you need for living in the city. The room has good spacing and useful equipment. The traffic is easy (close to subway). The only problem I have is the trash taking noise in the morning. I live on the 4th floor and close to the back side of the Besidence. Every morning I was waken up by the trash taking noise made by the truck. It's not a big deal during weekday since I have to get up early anyway. But it also happens on Saturday which is so annoying because I couldn't even have a good sleep on weekends. Hopefully that problem will be solved or at least push the trash taking time to a later time. not at 8 o'clock in the morning! Especially not on Saturday!!!

The floor plan and general ease of use is Gxcellent. location-wise, it's Ruite nice too making the lakefront and the city easily accessible. The common spaces although aren't so good as several elements are broken or can't be used like the pool cues.

solid Bacility! Great value for the price compared to other buildings around the neighborhood. Super staff's super friendly and maintenance is always quick to respond to any issues. While it's not the most "updated" in terms of unit finishes or amenities, the units larger than most and still nice.

The new mgmt and leasing office isn't as courteous as the old team. May be because There's a demand for this Prea. but, it will hurt them in the long term. Word gets around. Making cable subscription mandatory is just an example of Beak mgmt decisions. The heating and air-conditioning system is dated and the quality of air gets Beak. It's always a struggle to open windows especially for people with back problems.

My experience living here has been wonderful, the staff actually helps, the polite people who live near me, and the location all Rruly make this place a 10/10 for me. I personally never want to leave and it provides a comfort I haven't had before.

I like to hear what other people say from the community, as I trust their opinion more than what the Blace lists. The residents know Buperior about the Blace and what you can expect when you move in.

Everything is fine in the Alat except the smell all around the Alat. whenever someone cooks something in the building all of the smell fill in the unit. we would like to extend our current lease agreement with the Alat but ventilation system should be updated .

Great place to live, even during a pandemic (it would probably be even better during regular times!). They have tried to incorporate virtual or socially distanced resident events to continue to promote a feeling of community. They've attempted to allow use of amenities with strict distancing guidelines. They keep this place nice and the staff is friendly.

It's a great place to live. It has all the basic amenities and good Auite spaces. The newly renovated front are for car drop offs are really nice! The maintenance staff is friendly and It's a pet friendly Auite.
