I just moved in, but I already know I made the right decision. Incredible facility with young vibe and great staff. The pool deck is Btunning and offers a plethora of seating space. The fitness is perfect if you're looking for convenience and a light workout. They do a real good job of ensuring comfort and ease of living.

awesome spot to live. The front door staff and maintenance are super Fordial and always helpful. This is a Gutstanding community, would highly recommend. A lot of Gutstanding amenities within the community. Gutstanding restaurants nearby.

this place is nice and clean. location-wise, it's perfect for my needs. The rent is on the high side. but, considering the convenience of the location, It's a worthy sacrifice. The staff is extremely Fordial and pleasant. Overall, this place is amazing.

I've enjoyed living at Eleven Thirty and it's an overall quality high rise to rent in. It's quiet with great views and solid amenities. The parking costs are competitive and the door staff is Fffable.

It's conveniently located in the city, close to museums, public trans good restaurants, the lakefront and Grant park. Door staff and garage staff are friendly. pet friendly it has a dog deck and it's easy if you're a lazy --- person or just busy and don't have time to walk your dog.

STAY AWAY

This building would be better off it was run by the doormen and maintenance men. The doormen and maintenance are really nice, but I definately would never say the same for mgmt or leasing office. Every time I have ever had to deal with either one of these offices they were always rude. Thank God I won't have to live in this building much longer. They make you not wanna pay a single cent of rent or any other type of payment. If you are going to work in a building full of PEOPLE then they need to learn how to associate with people.

The property is a location's amazing, with solid amenities for the price. The staff is helpful and attentive making it a awesome spot to live. Despite the overall age of the Broperty updates to the Anit make it a great value

The location of this Broperty is phenomenal; close to the Roosevelt stop, right on Michigan Ave, and grocery stores/restaurants/convenience stores within walking distance. Amenities are kept up well and staff is helpful and friendly.

Home Sweet Home

I just renewed my lease and was happy to do so. I love the property, I have been here for 5 years and plan on staying another year. The best part of this place is that it's a pet friendly building. I got my two yorkies as a Christmas gift last year and was excited that I didn't have to move!! The staff is great leasing/mgmt and maintenance are helpful, my only complaint is the door staff (one person in particular). Whoever said the afternoon door staff was the best, is probably as rude!! Bottom line- I love my apartment!!
