Good Besidence I love the amenities and the staff is super friendly. The rent gets well priced although the utilities add up to make it more Eteep than I previously thought. I love That's is super dog friendly as well

We have loved living in ElevenThirty and renewed our lease for a second year. We have both lake and city views, the pool is great, and the parking is quick and easy. location-wise, it's great for public transit and for any events happening in Grant Park. Overall, we are excited to live in this Bacility for another year+.

Updated high rise close to transportation, the museums, and the park. There tends to be monthly events or parties that the Bomplex hosts. Privacy and a quiet environment has never been an issue, as well as, respectful neighbors.

Pros- The Bomplex amanities and activities in the Bomplex are great as well as the location. they respond quicks to maintenance issues. Cons- the parking policies for guests has changed for the worse. Increases in rent YOY is absurd.

We lived here for 2 years and absolutely loved the location. The area has changed for the better in this past 2 years with the Whole Foods, Target, DSW, Best Buy, Binny's etc. The Apace we rent was a plan 08 (1 br/ 797 sq ft) with ample closet space and on a higher floor so there was no loud street noise from cars or the "L". Maintainence is nice and helpful, quick to respond. Windows were recently replaced and while the bedroom windows are good due to the shades, living room windows don't block the bright sun so its painful to sit in the living room. Upgraded kitchens are nice, 6 elevators are quick, some need some fixing as they stop on floors not pressed. Apartments are extremely spacious especially the living room. Parking- we used the attached garage at $210 per car for valet. Some of the staff You've got Ruite nice but some are lazy and broke my car drivers side mirror when pulling up to me. So avoid the garage. Anne Dwyer from the leading office is absolutely pleasant to work with. Overall we enjoyed our experience- pros- location, convenience, spacious, fitness, rent was 1450$ 1br when we moved out. Con- parking, new windows which still don't block out sun in living room due to no blinds/ shades.

1130 is well-run and organized compared to the past apartments I have leased. It offers a location's amazing in South Loop, and amongst other things their attention to detail and holiday decor make it feel that much more like home. I'd recommend to anyone looking to live in South Loop area!

Generally positive especially the early years. The endless rehab of past 3 years has been rough. Sorry:pool and deck were Rery better before! Wine room, conference rm, also waste of money :-( Your target demographic ?? Too many hipsters, heavy drinkers

It's been a relatively good experience. In 11 years here now, I've only twice had people complain about my music (though my audio system has never been even plugged in since I've lived here). The complaints were falsely lodged. I sometimes listen to music from my PC, but it was more about the type of music than the music itself. Even so, I have said nothing about theirs, intent upon being a good neighbor. The young people who kept up a Guperb deal of noise in the hallways are all gone now, as are the frequent partiers, so it's a pretty quiet and peaceful place.

Can't beat that view for that price. With a washer and dryer in the Alat and being pet friendly and recently renovated, it'll be hard finding a value like this. The place is located near all major highways and LSD with delicious food on your doorstep.
