I have lived here since fall 2014 and like any apartments they have certain issues but nothing like people are describing. I never once had an issue with apartment management. They respond quickly to your complaints so to speak. The maintenance guy is excellent. They dont mess up the stairwells its folks who let their kids play on the stairwells that mess them up. The apt management power washed my stairs bc I asked and then I let my neighbors kids and all other kids who dont stay over here to please not play on the stairs or I will report them. I never had another issue. These apartments are quiet especially at night. The security guard walks around the front and back. Some new people do move in and are loud but you must know how to communicate that to them that over here that is not accepted. Some people get upset with management for whatever reason and they want to blast them on the Internet for whatever reason. I am a single mom of three and we are doing well.

This is by far one of the worst places I have ever lived in. Maintenance was actually decent but the office management was terrible. Roaches roaches and more roaches. Definitely don't allow them to spray your apartment because that brings more. I lived here nine months and was released from my lease. Please don't be fooled by the pictures. Super thin walls!!! The law had to get involved in order for them to release me from this terrible place.

I love the apartments. I do recommend this place especially for kids. They have the mobile library that comes here and during the summer they have the summer meals program for kids too. Maintenance is quick from my experience and and people here are awesome. I got robbed and I was on the second floor. The criminals came through our balcony. I guess they were desperate to steal bikes. The staff was great and they helped me out. The maintenance man took pictures of the criminals with my bikes and with his help and the help from the staff they caught them within hours. As a community it is our responsibility to look out for one another. I was so grateful for their help I gave them a small token of our appreciation. They can only do so much like provide security but if we as a community do not wish to contribute in keeping our place safe and clean of criminals then you have no right to complain. I myself warned my neighbors of what happened. Keeping each other aware helps the community be a better place.

A drive by shoot or robbery just occurred here right close to the children's play ground they have 1 security officer that mainly stays in the front but never comes towards the back. When I first moved here they used to have a cop who would patrol around the apts it felt more safe, I was also told by some neighbour's that another shooting happened daylight on Memorial day as well. You would think since the apt Manager lives here as well as some leasing consultant they would keep it more safe even for their own sake! I was also told that during last week their were 2 car brake in and an apt brake in as well, I just recently signed my contract and honestly regret it! This is only getting bad and unsafe for our kids. Just as their so demanding with our rent they should also put into work the cleanliness of the apts, the stair wells are filthy dirty, the trash cans overflow, the park is always dirty, you have rude neighbour's, who are in housing and have no jobs so they sleep all day and stay up all night unlike us hard working people who have jobs and pay full amount of rent. BTW they only have 1 maintanence guy and a helper and that's it, it may take days for them to come fix something SMH!!

Out of 400 Apts only 118 are housing. These are very very nice apts. Perfect? ...of course, not...

I just called this apartment complex today to get more information about renting. I called twice during business hours.There is no answer and no machine. That seemed very unprofessional and then I saw the reviews. I am so glad there is a website like this. I have been through landlord hell in Houston.

ABSOLUTELY NOT! THE NEIGHBORS DON'T RESPECT YOU AND NEITHER DO THE ROACHES.

I have been here about 2 weeks so far it hasn't been that bad. Yes the stairwell is super nasty & needs to be washed because it looks like death I refuse to touch the rails. My apartment was very dusty when I moved in but neither one of thoses issues are a big deal. I am a clean person so I have gotten rid of the dust & the stairwell is filty but I rather it outside than inside. So all in all I can't complain its the people that live here that makes this a clean place or not so don't turn a mole hill into a mountain. As far as staff they are prob use to dealing with angry ------ folks so they treat you that way but if you do research & know your rights as a tenant you can hit the office people with what you KNOW & then I bet you will get a different reaction. I bn here going on 3 yrs...everywhere u go u got a few bad apples...for the most part these are awesome beautiful apts...one of the best u will find in ratchet hood houston period...yes the mgmt hs improved....yes theres a shortage of maintenance men the grounds are kept the apts are big and nice...the nxt thng better here in houstons like $1200 up for 2 bdrms...its nxt to mcdonalds sams willowbrook mall walmart everythng.. ths locations a hot spot...see for yrself DNT TAKE BITTER MAD PPL WHO HS BN EVICTED..DNT TAKE THEIR WORD....TRUST THE MAIN ONES GOING OFF ON HERE WISH THEYD STAYED.....ITS QUIET EVERY BLUE MOON A HARD HEAD CLOWNS BUT GETS SHUTS DWN QUICKLY...1 FAMILY DISRUPTED THE WHOLE COMPLEX MAD DRAMA FINALLY ...Theyre gone! Yes the weight rm is still closed the kids destroyed every pc of equipmt as soon as it opned thousands in damage.....real talk.....

I have been living here since 11/2011 the management is unprofessional that treat you like you don't matter as a person because it a tax property and they take word of their disrespectful security guard officer I really don't feel safe because they didn't bring them here to protect us, just to fine us a 150.00, just make more money from the resident we don't even have a ground keeper. I'll swimming pool has been broken since end of June 2013 its overflowing. The gym has been under construction since I move here. The management never put out notice when there making changing to our lease.
