I have lived in One Hermann Place five years. It has truly been a nice experience. Great management, friends, and a nice safe community. I have been quite happy here. Everyone is quite friendly and just a lovely place to live.

No other apartment building beats this place. Been here for years and love every second of it. I think anyone who is looking for a place in Houston should consider touring here! You will not be disappointed!

I have lived at One Hermann Place for more than 7 years now. It is a great place to be for many reasons such as their amazing staff, great location right across from Hermann Park, and awesome social events with some great people/neighbors. Everyone is so friendly here and most people know each other because it’s a small building. I highly recommend this building if you prefer to be close to walking trails, the med center and downtown.

Been living here for a few now and everyone seems very kind and anxious to help. Community events are a great way to meet people. Building is so quiet and full of professionals. I do not plan on making a change anytime soon.

Absolutely beautiful apartment community with the most amazing staff! Most of the staff has been here the entire time I’ve lived here (5 years). They truly care about you and it really shows. You can’t beat this location either being directly across from Hermann Park!!

Beautiful community and wonderful staff! They truly care about the residents and community, and show it in so many ways. Great location and it always feels very safe. I can’t recommend this place enough. It truly is the best place to live! If I could give 10 stars, I would!!!

One Hermann Place is a quiet, safe, and good please to live. The staff is helpful and Amazon package pick up area is very accessible. The exercise room has lots of equipment for getting a good work out, and there a lot of bikes to use in the spin room. Nice community!!!

As a retired, single woman , comfort and safety are my top priorities. One Hermann Place is the only place for this peace of mind . Being across the street from Hermann Park / Museum district also provides activities for me and my grandson when he visits. Last , but certainly not least , proximity to the Texas Medical center and OHP free shuttle meets all my medical needs . Thank you One Hermann Place for all you offer the Houston community .

We have lived here for 9 months now and have been very pleased with the care and concern of both the management staff and maintenance staff. One Hermann Place is a great place to call home. When you consider that we are next door to a large, beautiful city park, it is a wonderful place to live.

One Hermann Place is a wonderful residential community. It provides a safe, beautiful, and friendly living environment for people who seek a rental property that feels like home. I have lived here for 6 years and do not intend to leave until I retire and leave Houston.
