overall no doubt this is a 5 star property. the community itself is very quiet. residents are very polite, no noisy neighbors. the apartments, garage are new and clean. the community offers the 24 hr concierge service, you can always get help whenever you need. one day we came back late from grocery shopping and unable to open the apartment door. the concierge changed lock battery for us right way and the problem was fixed in minutes. the apartment complex is right around hearmann park, the best park/recreational area the city of Houston can offer. it is also close the medical center, kind of within walk distance, it takes about half hour to maybe 40 minutes to get you to most of the hospitals in the medical center. and the community does offer complimentary shuttle service in weekdays if you prefer riding instead of walking. the shuttle service was excellent. the driver was punctual and accommodating. we appreciated it very much. we found the maintenance was great. they always responded request very promptly and minor problems usually got resolved the next day. The staff here are the best we have ever worked with, they are both nice and professional, especially the assistant manager. overall we enjoyed living in the prestigious community!

Perfect location across from Hermann Park and very close to museums , art gallery, and zoo. Great gym and pool. All management and maintenance staff are professional and responsive to requests. What is unique is the staff work very well as a team! Communication with residents is timely and appropriate. Free parking, although residents may pay for reserved parking spot. Storage units may also be rented. Amazon Hub on site.

Maintenance team is always helpful and supportive. The management team is responsive to resident feedback. It has been a great experience with developing community with other residents from all walks of life.

The management at One Hermann Place has provided the very best rental experience I've ever had. The property is just lovely; it's well maintained, clean and the amenities are perfect for my needs. The location of the apartment is perfect as it's in close proximity to the medical center where I came to be a patient. The floorplan and location of my apartment within the building have also been perfect for my needs. I'm thankful this is a super secure property and equally, I'm so very grateful it's quiet. I really appreciate the other residents and professional environment. I commend the management for ensuring that we residents follow the rules so that we all can enjoy our experience here. I LOVE MY HOME!!

OHP is the perfect community family with privacy and friendly interactions. A great balance. This is my first rental experience since college and I was pleasantly surprised !!! I love OHP as my HOME !!!
